The tacos are really good. I was lookingfor something equivalent to a roadsidetaco stand with a little more of areputation and I'm glad I tried Ale. $10 +tax for 3 street tacos and 2 sides, greatdeal.Didn't try the beans or rice, asanything in a plastic to-go containerlooks unappetizing to me. But, don't letthis deter you - just my opinion.I always order through Yelp and theyhave had my order ready every time.Easy ordering through the app, goodlocation, and easy pick-up near the door.I'll be dining-in soon enough andupdating this review accordingly.Good food, clean environment, friendlystaff.
Good vibes and good food. Had the nachos and was plenty enough to split with someone else.We aren’t in this area a ton, but we will eat here again if we have the opportunity.
Ale Taco is a great place for authentic Mexican food in southeast Lewisville. They serve excellent barbacoa, steak, pastor, chicken, fish, and vegetarian street tacos, seasoned with onions, cilantro, and lime. Additionally, they have excellent salsas and queso. And, last but not least, they have a good craft beer selection.
Yummmmmm. 3 tacos and 2 sides, plenty food, and plenty quality. They cook with heart. Thank you all for satisfying my soul. Here’s a veggie plate and a grilled jalapeno add on my tacos. A WHOLE JALAPEÑO SEARED! Que rico.
I’m a huge fan of quesadillas and tortillas so I got the best restaurant near my place.Ambience - nicely decorated walls and single row tables, clean and sanitized , ventilated ambience.Food - ordered couple of chicken tacos and chicken quesadillas. Everything was delicious and on the table on time. Very tasty food.Service - even though the place is pretty occupied but the service is well managed and happy.
Absolutely delicious and generous portions. I ordered the pastor bowl and the meat was tender and well-seasoned. They also have in-house sauces (mild and spicy) to add to your meal. Their desserts also looked spectacular, but I was stuffed.
This is my second time back to Ale Taco. Service both times were quick and friendly. This round their menu is much easier to understand. The pastor and chicken tacos were great. The red and green salsa for the tacos they provide has great flavors. I wish I could love the chips and salsa. They salsa is not spicy enough for my liking and the refried bean tend to be very watery. This won't stop me from coming back I will just try another side!
Hot and tender meat in our steak tacos. Perfection.
First visit to Ale, after reading reviews prior to our visit, I had my expectations set high. I thought the Barbacoa and Pastor Tacos were too fatty. The rice and black beans were good, overall the quality and quantity did not match the price. They had some specials that were not offered when we ordered. Lunch for 2 was 29$ , I will try one more time and see how it goes the second time around.
Ale Taco is by far the best and most authentic taco shop I've found in Texas and by far my favorite spot for tacos. Serving breakfast tacos all day to loaded tots, fries, nachos, burrito bowls, to churros, flan, tres leches and more. It's the first place I take any out of town guests. So far every one of them want Ale at least for one meal every day they're here.I could eat every meal here for a month and get something different every time. It's definitely a staple for me, bonus is it's not even a mile away.My favorites are:Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast tacos with cheese & sour cream. The chorizo is so flavorful!Lunch/Dinner: Pastor tacos on flour tortillas. The pork is perfectly seasoned, juicy and has that amazing caramelization with a tiny delish char here and there. OMG Dessert/Sweets: either a Caramel Churro or Tres Leches cake. I've never liked tres leches any time in my life, ever. Ale's tres leches is beyond delish! I like a corner piece for more almonds.Go once and you'll be a regular for life!
