Very poor service, order was late and cold. While waiting on the food,one was chewing on nails and continued to make orders. Another dropped chicken on the floor, picked it up but no hands washed. Dirty. Got home and almost all the order of boneless chicken was grisly and had to be thrown away. We will never oder from here again and the manager needs to be addressed but from what we have read they dont care about this place It won't last long.
We love wingstop and since I've never ordered from this location we decided to go ahead....keep in mind we are a family of 8! What a waste of my money! WORST WINGSTOP. I will definitely go to 646 from now on. Customer service sucks and the wings and fries were even worse!
We have never ordered from this location because of the bad reviews. Until today. We decided to order delivery from the Wingstop App and I guess since this location is closer to our home it placed the order at this location. Of course they forgot some of our food so I called and spoke to a shift leader. She told me that I could go pick up my missing food so I asked if I was going to be refunded the delivery fee since they didn’t deliver all of my food and I am driving to go pick it up and she said no because they use a third party app (DoorDash) what she could do is give me the missing food the next time I order plus a 15% discount. (Which I obviously won’t be ordering from here again) I said okay so when i get on the Wingstop app it will show that I have free wings ? She said no. That I would have to call the store and that she would leave a note saying that I have free wings. So I said that if I call and order in 2 months somehow I just expect this note to be somewhere in the store saying I have free wings. I asked to speak to a manger and I was advised she was not in. I asked when would she be in and she told me that she did not know as she makes her own schedule and just comes in when paperwork needs to be done. What kind of customer service is this. Very disappointing.
Great experience! Am employee was really patient with me and made sure I understood all the sauces and deals before I ordered. I would 100 percent eat here again and bring homies!!! THIS PLACE IS A VIBE! ????
Horrible customer service. Stopped ordering from this location & thought I’d give it another try. Each time multiple items are forgotten from my order & food is never fresh. Ranch completely spilled all over my food. & all management does is offer an apology & a small discount for next time. Which there won’t be. When I go in there there is a whole staff standing around not working while I’m there waiting an additional 30+ minutes for an order I was told was going to be ready in 30 minutes.
This location and the one on 646 is nothing but teens and immature GROWN people just snapchatting and being on their phones in the back. Don't waste your time.. Friendswood location is far way better when it comes to customer service.
Great service and the cashier got my order in right away and they have really blown me away with how good their food was and got exactly what I wanted with a really friendly experience here and I don’t understand the bad reviews at all
I love wing fridays!!! ( cheat day) Usually go to pluckers or BWW but I do come here once in awhile, it’s always pretty good! Don’t get the fries usually veggies cause the boneless wings are enough Greesyness food for my tummy to handle haha!! Anyways great lil shop close by league city area off the freeway.
Got my flavors wrong and the wings were dried despite asking for them to be wet. Fries had shrunk and weren’t tasty at all. Wouldn’t recommend this location
