Terrible experience. Came in and ordered Togo in person and sat down to wait. Soo many people came and went before me. Maybe 30 min then they ask what the name on my order was… they just totally forgot. So then they started making it. 30 min later they bring it out. 2-3 people came in and ordered Togo and got there food before me… won’t be going back
This place has nothing but a bunch of kids playing around to much and ignoring customers standing right in front of them. Stay away this is my second bad experience from this place not worth spending my hard earned money with these people. Go to the Friendswood location different owner and full of people working that actually care.
25 minute wait for wings....Why? When No others waiting for orders in the spot. Women's rest room out of order. Cashier needs customers service training.
They are very rude and all like to sit in the back now they saying I can’t take a picture of how bad they work and asking can I go even tho I’m a paying customer. And the guys are extremely rude because I didn’t want to give my order the him because I would rather talk to the person who I had dealing with earlier. All I was trying to do was ask if I can make a review and they all started going off and then called the cops because I continued to do the review. Also the place itself was dirty trash all over the floor. Trash falling out of the trash cans ice falling all over the floor out the Machine just completely disgusting and when I went to take the pics of the place they all started screaming omg he’s taking pics.. like wow really I’m not allowed to. Anyways -10/10
Incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service, management inefficiency, corporate office customer service, and overall service at Wingstop. I did not know when placing an online order from wingstop that they used DoorDash as a delivery service. The driver didn't deliver my $50 order to my home. The issue with their delivery is if you have a problem with the store they only tell you to call corporate. I have called them 4 times and I have never been refunded my money. It is shameful that you take $50 away from a mother at Christmas time. It would have been fine if they had made my food again and resent it, but they did not since it was through Doordash. Doodash claims no responsibility for their driver going to the wrong location and Wingstop has no desire to return my call or refund my money. I would avoid this place entirely. As I can see from other reviews this place is junk!!!!

Well me and my girlfriend stopped in to get some food to go and the service sucked and the lady working the register was on of the rudest and unfriendly person I've seen in a long time. Not only did she have a bad personality and demener she bragged to her coworker how her last complaint was. I'll never go back to this restaurant again

The Closest Wingstop there is and still takes me time to drive back due to them not reading the online order right and missing some stuff. This location used to run smooth back than, not anymore and always messing up people's orders. Will have to get wings somewhere else or drive more than 25 mins if I ever want to go to another Wingstop location.
So very disappointed. Waited FOREVER. Told them my order like three times. Got the order wrong. Over charged. Again, WAITED FOREVER. Finally got home after spending WAY TO MUCH, and DIDN’T HAVE A SINGLE DANG WING!!!!! Nothing but chicken nuggets and strips... I’m so mad and disappointed. I ONLY WANTED WINGS!!! I was prepared to spend the ridiculous dollar per wing price, and I guess I did, but DIDN’T GET A SINGLE DANG WING!!!!! And my rolls obviously just came out of the refrigerator. So very disappointed. I’m never going back not even to get my money back. #lookingforwinginallthewrongplaces. #dontstop. #wingless
