I stopped here for a keto treat. When I asked for no bun there was no hesitation… no re-asking the question, no “are you sure” no confusion. Keto diet is common and I know this is to be expected but actually kind of rare I don’t get questions or have to repeat myself. Also the fastest Whataburger I’ve ever been to. On top of it all the cashier was so friendly and courteous. They made me feel welcome and not stupid for not eating bread. I’ll definitely stop here anytime I need a treat in the future. Fast service, taste was top notch and everything was separated for my choosing without me asking. Top notch experience!!! Thank you! Also when I paid a compliment another young man came to the window… it was like they are surprised someone said something nice. Sweet fellas! Treat em well !
If you see that the drive thru has a pretty long line you might as well wait in line or go a few mile til the next whataburger because it took more then 30 minutes to get my order dining in, I asked twice when my order was done they said "it's coming out sir." How hard is it to make two number 13? All I know is that I'm never going to this location.
I walked in to get my food and I heard the manager Rosa yelling at all the workers. I think she could've handled whatever the situation was very differently and not in front of customers.
Long like that’s 30 plus minutes, I don’t get it… I’m like 100% sure that’s there has to be a faster process.. ridiculous

Curbside delivery person hands the truck parked next to our vehicle 2 large drinks and attempts to hand them two bags of food completely drenched in sticky spilled coke which they refuse to accept.Both occupants handle the drinks inside their vehicle and then proceed to hand the drinks back to the employee since it is the wrong order.The employee then turns to our car and attempts to hand the same drinks to us along with the two sticky food bags.We refuse them as the customers next to us have already extensively handled the drinks inside their vehicle.The employee then gets angry and starts to argue with is. He refuses to take them back until we just roll up our window. He mumbles something and then takes them back inside. He returns with two clean bags and two new cokes.
Staff was friendly, but the service was lacking and they messed up my order and my coworkers order. I asked for grilled onions and jalapenos on my #2 and the didnt put either in. My coworker ordered a #1 with onion rings and they gave him fries. Not the biggest deal but when your limited on time to eat and stuff is wrong it takes too long to complain and get what u wanted. So we ate and just dont plan on returning to that particular Whataburger.
Excellent customer service and the on duty manager did a great job on my orders.We love our League City!!
This is the best whataburger. When other whataburgers look at this whataburger, they feel self conscious and ashamed of their unfulfilled potential.
