I was at the drive thru, saw them hand the person ahead of me my order. After a few minutes of looking through the order she gave it back. When I moved up. I saw where they were changing the bags out then I was handed that order. I teased the the young girl that the person didn’t want my order and she quickly said oh no, that wasn’t your order. It was, to which I responded OK, with doubt. She kept replying that it wasn’t my order.. she said she could get the mgr, one of the other coworkers (heavyset with multi colored braids of black and bleach) on the window walked up to the area and questioned her. The young girl told that I didn’t believe her. That person then smarted off with a bad attitude of we changed out the order. BOLD FACED 2nd lie. I told the little girl that I was going to s/w mgr over the smart mouth female. They should’ve just come clean. I have 3 Whataburgers that I could go to. I probably won’t go back to this one. I wasn’t asking for a new order and I was teasing the young girl that was waiting on me. They had the receipts wrong on the bags. Just tell the truth. As a customer that is a frequent flyer, remember, we pay your salary ultimately. If you have an smart mouth attitude it can cause your customers NOT to come back, and YOU could lose your job!!!!
Don't know what happened. Thank God for the fries. They saved the night. I ordered the #6. Tried three times to get a bite down. Was disgusting. Couldn't do it. Again thank God for the fries. I should wrap this burger and take you to court. You f'ed up on this, I think intentionally but I'm just a good guy either a big heart. Get your stuff together!
They messed up our food SO BAD. I have much understanding for the people who work in the industry...but drowning all of our food in mustard is a hard no for me. Especially since we all asked for no mustard. I paid for extra avocado, there's wasn't any to begin with. Not even the mushrooms that were SUPPOSED to be on the burger in the first place. And to top it off, lovely food posining for all 3 of us.
My roommate and I come to this location a lot since we moved in to one of the complexes nearby and I gotta say that the quality has gone down hill. We go there late most of the time since we both also work in the food industry and don't get home til 11 pm/12 am. The last year the quality was great, they usually got our order correct and was warm by the time we'd get home.As of the past week it has been beyond frustrating. The new girl working the drive thru is so rude and spiteful. I ordered fries and asked for ONLY regular ketchup and she gave me one with mostly spicy ketchup. My roommate asked her for more REGULAR ketchup and she gave us two more with three more spicy ketchups. When I opened the bag to grab a fry they were already cold, meaning they had been sitting out for at least an hour before she sold them to me. She's not friendly and she made my roommate and I decide to not come back to this location since she can't even give us warm food and ketchup.
We were in the area and decided upon this Whataburger as it had better reviews than the two that were closest to us. I would have given 5 stars for the cleanliness of the restaurant and the speed of service however Latasha needs to remember she is in a Customer Services role representing her employee to its customers. My daughter ordered first and asked (like she always does at Whataburger) to substitute her drink for a chocolate milkshake. At being asked that, if Latasha could strike down my daughter, she would have: sigh, punch cash register key pad, sigh again. She looked so bothered that I asked her if she was "okay"? Of course she was shocked at that. As we were eating, two teenage boys came in and sat two tables along from us. When it was ready, Latasha brought them their food and the oldest kid asked if he could have a bag. Oh boy; Latasha closed her eyes, sighed and looked to the ceiling as she spun around back to her corner. It must have been so traumatizing for her that she sent a male employee to bring the bag to the two boys. Not professional at all
I love Whataburger. Grew up eating them and then so did my children. However, the Whatacatch TO ME especially knowing what they use to taste like, is like fake bland food. ??I ate most of it because I was hungry. But I'll never order it again.?? But staff was nice and attentive to customers.
Never the type to complain but every time it’s never what you order. You would expect if you pay for a large fry or drink you would get that and not a small
The drive thru was extremely busy as always. I went inside to order my burger and waited for my order for nearly 20 minutes! The most irritating thing was that two people ordered after me and got their orders before mine was ready - and one them had a chicken sandwich! Since when does chicken cook faster than beef?
Service a little slow-not many ppl- food not as good as usual- just didn't taste as normal. I also wish they would STOP sitting on the Bunds.. They are soooo Flat..!! Not puffed up.. Don't know if they just don't care-- too much - ah- fake covid- BS.. hmmm.
Asked for no onions no mustard and large friendsThis is what I get a burnt bread on top with extra mustard and onions. And a small ff. On top of that all the food was cold after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Smh. Waste of my money and time. I will be posting a picture also.
