Myself and two friends went on Friday, 17 June around 4 PM we ordered the seared cheese stick and chorizo appetizer it came out cold the cheese was not melted and I sent it back the waitress was very nice and apologized and said she would hope that she can get it right for us but it just never came out correctly left some of it sitting on the table. We tried one of the house margarita on the rocks they said it was fair nothing special, I tried to split a hurricane with my friend and it was so sickening sweet and strong I didn’t drink it but he did finish it but said it was the worst one he’s ever had. Lol I will complement them on their salsa that they brought to the table it had roasted corn flavor and you could taste a bean flavor also and it was hot when it came to the table which was nice. We all tried three different things one dish was the quesadillas with an upgrade of the fajita meat the other plate was the braised roast taco and also the pulled pork taco I had the steak taco the presentation was very nice it did have seasoning which was always a plus. I was really excited about coming here because the website shows a very upscale version of a Mexican experience I was a little surprised with the Decor as we entered the building not what I expected it reminded me of just another fast food place you might go to without the charm of a old world Mexican restaurant nor was it a upscale eatery needless to say I probably wouldn’t recommend this as a place I would want to go back but as far as the taste and the flavor it was fairly good.
Great, Amazing, Homemade, & Delicious Stuff Here!! Food, Drinks, Salsas... Even the Ice Mix!Alllll is super good & definitely deserves at least 1 try! Gotta try this place & don't forget about the desert!! You'll want another! Ppl are really cool & make u feel right at home!This is a MUST TRY PLACE!Gotta give them a chance! They definitely worth it!
Great food and service. Staff is excellent and food is fresh. They also have mild and hot salsa- mind blowing!!! Place is clean and family friendly.
Tried a new place today. Takos and Tekila at Main and 45, in the area of Northern Tool and Crunch Fitness. Huge restaurant, not sure what it was before. Simple menu consisting mostly of several different tacos in each type of meat. Really tasty and well done. The appetizers were good. Taquitos and tacos dorados, both with good sauce and flavor. Have a really deep tequila list, also doing tequila and margarita flights. The marg flight looked cute, was a watermelon, mango and 2 others. For dinner I had the braised beef (their version of barbacoa). The carne Asada and the fried fish taco. Loved the pickled onions, sauces and the overall construction of each unique taco. The enchiladas were very rich and flavorful. But the craziest surprise was our server Dustin who just moved here from Vegas where he was a professional magician, did some tricks for us at the table that nobody watching could figure out or believe! Truly, it was worth the trip just for his magic. ❤️? Well it’s a tasty spot and looks to be a small local type owner shy, I hope people support it and the stick around.
Was expecting a little more.. but it's a good lunch spot. Salsa was hot from the stove but not vary spicy. Bloody Mary was ok.. super small glass and not much Tequila but the mix was good and tasty!! Beans were very runny.
I would recommend the braised beef taco. The shrimp was good too. Fish taco was bland. The carnitas were very dry, and not fresh. They were also kinda skimpy. For a place that advertises "home of the homemade tortilla" I find it perplexing that they serve these very mass produced store bought chips. Also, the salsa smelled awful. I ordered the upsidedown martini. It was extremely sweet and one dimensional. Not a horrible drink, but I really expected more for a $16 cocktail. Overall, way to pricey for the quality of the food.
Taco were delicious. Salsa was fresh and delicious! Some of the salsa on specific tacos had a kick! Overall great food! Will be back soon.
Great food, I have tried it for breakfast and dinner both times did not disappoint. Food was fresh and customer service was excellent. Chris, the GM was knowable and very kind.Had the margarita flight it was AMAZING. The fresh squeezed juices make ALL the difference.
Out waitress jade was very nice and efficient. Poor girl was the onlyWaitress for the entire place during lunch. Steak taco was tough meat. Carnitas taco was more of a pan fried chopped pork taco. Fish taco was decent. They need to work on making the food more authentic. It’s a big space to maintain I hope they make the changes necessary to last.
We had the nachos and the beef taco and braised taco . They were good and the service was good. Prices were reasonable. We weren’t in the mood for alcoholic drinks but they had a large selection to choose from.
