love this place thefood is always good and customer service is on point
We were not greeted at all when we came in. Stood at the counter for some time employee just looked at us like why are you here kept on about their business. When I wave someone finally came over could not provide a menu. Or tell us what was on certain items after we managed to look it up on our phones. Staff was very sloppy an unprofessional. It was very uncomfortable being there. No total was given when order was placed just ask for a card. They sell steak fajita but for some reason could not put it on a salad. Chicken was very dry. There's no sauce out in the dining room no napkins look like it was closed down. Gentleman delivering food do drive-thru people complained every time he walked out and swung the food around in the bag not real sure what kind of shape it was in. They just started like they didn't want to be there and they definitely didn't want you there.
I've tried this location one to many times. Food was cold couldn't chew the meat. Won't go back to this location ever. Cashier was very pleasant but others in the restaurant didn't act like they cared if a customer was there or not. Maybe they hoped you would choose somewhere else to eat. In the future I WILL
Not too great of an experience for me. I stood at the counter for almost 10 min waiting for one of the employees to take my order. Every employee there made eye contact with me but no one bothered to come take my order. Myself and the guy behind me ended up just leaving.
Love this location! Usually go for breakfast tacos, but went for lunch and to get a dozen of their tortillas ( so good!) I got the shredded chicken cabana bowl and it was amazing! This location always has great service and the food is always great. Not all locations are the same. Highly recommend this location (45 South at FM 646
Went to taco cabana in league city off of the gulf freeway on 119 2022. There was a manager filling out the schedule for the week at a table next to the utensil bar. There were no napkins, forks, trash was everywhere on the counter. It took over four minutes for someone to take our order, when the young lady took our order she pushed the drink cups to us and stepped back away from us very rudely. I understand the Covid thing, but this was a little rude. Here is a picture of my ultimate nachos that I paid $10 for. The taco cabana that I typically go to in league city by shore acres is much better than this. It took us almost 20 minutes to get our food last night. I spent $26 for two meals and it was horrible. I’ve never had this trouble with other taco cabanas. I will never go to this one again. I even sent a message to Corporate but never heard back from them. It’s obvious they don’t care LOL

SKIP THIS LOCATION. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’m over this location!! This location is constantly screwing up orders whether it be items missing or just not correct. Customer service is non-existent. The staff is rude and comes across as judgmental and condescending. Oh and place a mobile order for curb side pick up?? Forget the idea of anyone answering the phone. You will have to walk in, spend 10min trying to get someone to act like you exist and come to the counter just to hand you your food. Now I get it people are short staffed everywhere. But what’s the excuse when there’s literally nobody in the drive-through or inside your restaurant? Your meat will be basically dry and your tacos have the bare minimum amount of filling in them. And if you pay extra for some thing like shredded cheese you can expect and you’ll have about 15 to 20 small shreds of cheese on the item. I have done dining, takeout, and delivery and all three forms yielded the same pathetic results. Again I have placed orders in the morning during lunchtime their time and late at night and all have yielded poor results. This time they decided not to give me my can of coke because they were out and didn’t say anything to me and my taco didn’t have the cheese I paid extra for.
If I can get a -1 star will be that.To all owners of Taco Cabanas , I have a Question for all of you,Would you eat this food that you are serving to the consumers all the time?Any other person with little experience will cook the rice more better than this.The plate looks like a soup,Meet tested bad and with too much salt, cheese quesadia over heat cheese.Will be my last time in one of your place.
If there was ever a restaurant example of “FUBAR”, this restaurant is it.From manager to line level employees they either are unwilling and/or un-capable of providing any type of service.We were a small family of five (and the only people in the restaurant )and yet it took 30 minutes+ to get quesadillas and bean burrito served. The manager was a perfect display of complacency. She could absolutely care less.It got so bad that we thought about saying something but we decided to see how bad I could get… and it did not disappoint.If you’re the district and regional manager, you need to go find a different occupation. You have no clue what to do.If you’re a competitor of this restaurant you should go and thank them because they are absolutely doing everything they can to send business your way. No matter how great your advertising may be, their performance tops it in terms of advocating business for you.Taco Cabana overall has decent food and good concept and yet it does everything It can to implode on itself.
