Used mobile app to order for a 10:15 am pick up and my order was completed at 9:56am. When I asked if they could remake the order so it wouldn’t be soggy, I was told no and that the app was wrong and the food was fresh! Sadly it was not and no one at the food! Also they were out of Baja Blast! Manager not friendly or helpful! Would not recommend!
I bought $40 worth of food, got like $15 in tacos and chalupas, the current staff refused to give me my food. I have to drive 2 times to get told "i can't give you anything" i ended up going to another restaurant to feed my kids. also to include there was no management staff on duty to take my grievance.Also i typically go inside to get my order taken, but i stood for 30mins with no service, there was also another patron who was there even longer. I jumped into my car and got my order take in seconds....seriously, then they gave me the wrong food and refused to replace/ provide it.
Pre-ordered 3 Mexican Pizzas and only received 2, also redeemed a dorito loco taco with my app points and didn't receive that either. Scheduled to pick up at 5pm in the lobby and no one acknowledged me at the counter for more than 5 minutes, as they made eye contact with me and kept walking. Even tried calling to see if they would allow me to go back and pick up the food they'd forgotten only to listen to a line ring for like 10 minutes (twice!) and still nothing. What a joke.
Just ordered thru the drive thru had a $30 order all thrown in one bag get it home & half of our order is wrong & missing items ,And I even ask them if that was everything we ordered & they said yes & closed the window. So I been trying to get someone to pick up the phone there but they just let it ring & will not answer .so ill be getting in contact with the manager first thing tomorrow.I normally don't eat at that taco bell ,but the one I do frequent couldn't get to due to construction going on .
I live less than 5 minutes from this TB. By the time I got home all the food was soggy and the cheesy roll up I had ordered (add beef and tomatoes) wasn't even steamed to make it a melt. The taco Supreme that came with the meal didn't even have its tomatoes on it. Sloppy work all around.

I went to go to the bathroom and there was no soap. I went and told the chic there hey there is no soap in your bathroom said chic then pretends to care and asks me what is wrong I tell her she tells me there is nothing she can do about it. Dude, man, avoid this place man. I have gotten food poisoning twice here. First time It was so bad almost had to call a ambulance.
Always super super slow, workers too busy making jokes and asking irrelevant personal questions to do their jobs. They once tried to charge me $1 for a plastic spork when I found that my order or fiesta potatoes had come with no utensils. Tonight I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, only to find a plain tortilla wrapped around refried beans and potatoes in its place. If you want a good Taco Bell in the area, the one on Main St knows what they’re doing.
We went in Wednesday night and the inside was filthy. No one treated us so we proceeded to the self order. We got our drink cups and went to sit down but there was a lack of clean tables. The long bar height table was covered in trash that wasn’t even from Taco Bell. Snow cones, a banana, tacos, and tuna fish were some of the noticeable items. Eventually a staff member came out and wipes down all the tables that didn’t have trash on them. Another customer had to ask for lids to his cup and then turned to me and said this dining room is a disaster. I concur.
Can't expect to much at Taco Bell, but when you order #6 and are shorted a chalupa furthermore nothing had any meat on it whatsoever.
