I remember when fast food used to be fast food and managers led by example. When I dive through this particular location, there are two associates on headsets monitoring the drive through or taking orders. The third with a headset is a manager. It’s taking an unacceptable amount of time to get food out. Simple orders. Either the manager is completely out of touch of what was happening or he’s incapable. Either of which is unacceptable. Your team was in the weeds and you sat there with a headset on when really there was zero need for you to. Not to mention I get my order and it’s wrong and my quesadilla wasn’t even cut. I try to give the benefit of the doubt this day and age but what I saw happening in this instance was pretty weak.
I don't like the way they just wrap your order and throw it in a bag when you have a bunch of different orders. I had 3 orders different but it's hard to tell what is what when they are all just thrown in a bag not labeled. I had to literally open everyone else's tacos to get to mine
Ordered in the drive thru...when I get halfway to my destination (over 30 min away) I open the bag to pull out a taco...a roach was guarding the food??I was too tired and too far away from the store to go back!! Money wasted!
Way way too expensive for the small amount of food you get!!It doesn't even taste good at all!!Take my advice and don't eat this junk food that will shorten your life!!! You will live longer if you cook something healthy at home and save tons of money!!
Ordered two bean and cheese burritos extra cheese and onion. There was no extra anything but charge on my debit card. They added no extra cheese or onion. Very boo. They didnt put any sauce or napkins in the bag and they were out of salt.
Will never go to this location again. Someone goes HEAVY on the sodium. The chic9power bowl was disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. The rice was very soggy and over cooked and very salty. The chicken was super dry. The taco supreme I got was also VERY salty.
Got 2 double steak burrito but one was spicy and the other wasn’t. The spicy one was way lighter than the regular one. The spicy they just added jalapeños.
Never get my drive thru order correct. Been going for 10 years and mabye once was it correct. My bad for still going. Just keep hoping they will get it right.
Pretty similar situation like the most recent reviews. Night shift needs to be retrained. Unprofessional. Don’t speak to people like a kid. Food was cold, zero napkins, and zero sauce. First bad experience I’ve had at this taco bell, and the problems with this location seems to root from the evening/night crew.
Terrible experience. Guy on the ordering speaker just kept saying nah bro and was rushing me while I was trying to get the order from my passenger. . If you work in a professional environment you definitely should not be saying nah bro. If I was the manager I would fire anyone on the spot who talked to customers like that. I ended up driving off because of the rudeness and unprofessional behaviour.
