Mobile order is always ready but order is always wrong, they do not put time into looking at the details and leave a bunch of stuff off. They burn the bread when toasting it. They have only a few chips to choose from which are the kinds nobody likes. They do not greet you or try to help you. I will drive further to the next one to avoid this location.
Employees cursing at each other in front of customers. Ordered two turkey subs and received two chicken breast subs (checked the receipt, showed Baja turkey). We've had multiple horrible experiences, employees have terrible attitudes and make it clear they don't want to be there. Tonight they had the open sign off at 830 pm when they close at 10.......
If there were zero stars, this place would earn it. I placed an order and attempted to pay with a egift card. Their scanner would not read the QR Code. The young male employee decided to yell at me when their scanner didn't work.
Every single time I order from here the order is wrong. I asked for more tomatoes. They added none. I asked for more oil and vinegar. They added none. No salt and pepper. If I go into the store to order a sandwich I'm greeted with a bunch of eye rolls and rude kids making my order. Like it's a chore for them to do their jobs. Ridiculous.
Ordered through Uber eats and missing parts of our order
The last two times we've ordered sandwiches which were ordered on the app, at a non busy time, the orders have been wrong

Some subways are great , this particular Subway is horrible if you want something much better checked out Jersey Mike's you will never go back.!
Love Subway, sometimes very busy but most of the time very fast.
