Ordered through app to get buy one and get one free,especially since the door had a sign get the app skip the line.They never filled the order and made the statement they had to serve the line first.So we canceled out due to the attitude of the staff afraid of tampering with our food.
RUDE AND ROACHESThe older man is so rude but today was the last straw! Also, if you hate your job so much quitRude from the beginning and then as he finished my sandwich a A ROACH got on the counter and he laughed and continued to cut the sandwich which I refused to purchase.Contacting the health department as this unacceptable
Have gone to this location several times and the older gentleman is extremely rude and acts like you are an inconvenience to him. I’ve been in there 30 mins before close and he is turning the sign off and wanting to close early. They are constantly out of any bread other than white or wheat, and they usually don’t have all cheeses and the veggies look old. I live less than 5 mins from this location but will drive an additional 10 mins just to go to another location so I have better customer service and all choices available. Do better!
Completely disappointed in the service. The older man was very rude and acted like he didn't even want to make our order. The lady came from the back also being rude, them both just throwing together our order not changing gloves when went to the back. We will not be going back.

Older man “helped” us. By helped I mean acted all frustrated that we came in to eat at his JOB… then was inconsiderately rude the entire time making our sandwiches by throwing it together like he had the least of worries. Billed us out and walked away without giving the receipt. Had to grab it myself.Will be looking for a higher staff to get in touch. Also making my sandwich without gloves at first will have me contacts The Better Business Bureau.

Great customer service Ms.Mary did a great job preparing my food as well as the store was very clean I will definitely be eating here more often.
I had a great sandwich that that a new employee made for me however it seems that one employee is not enough staff to run the place.
everytime I have gone the staff are rude and you can’t tell they could care less about what they are doing and I just went to get a sandwich on monday at 8pm when they close at 9 and the door is locked
