Not sure who’s making the white chocolate mocha s but the last two days they have tasted horrible! It’s just milk and espresso so not sure why it taste so watered down.
I order from the app and go pick it up. My order is always correct and ready when I get there. The baristas are always kind even when it's extremely busy.
Very clean and nice staff! Loved the front end Albanian women who recommended the grilled cheese sandwich it was delicious!!!
Went through the drive through this morning and Rose was amazing!! She was very sweet and helped me with a suggestion when I was stuck on my order.
I rarely come here because the customer service is horrible. This morning I order two drinks and two different breakfast items. As everyone knows Starbucks isn't cheap so we expect to get quality items. After ordering, I pulled up to the window where my iced drinks sat at the counter for 3 minutes while ROSE chatted with her coworkers. She finally opened the window handed me the now watered down iced coffee drink. Handed me the oatmeal ordered with only the dried fruit and brown sugar. Lastly handed me the bagel which was almost burnt. I asked if I could get blue berries (which my oatmeal was already supposed to have). I am assuming it was too much effort for the other works to open the box of fresh blueberries because when I saw the girl cutting open the box she threw the blue berries at ROSE and then ROSE proceeded to hand them to me and roll her eyes, as if it was an issue I was asking for blueberries for my blueberry oatmeal that I ordered which cost almost $5.00. I recommend going to ANY Starbucks BUT THIS ONE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Normally my experiences at Starbucks are middle of the road. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. I visited the drive-thru of this Starbucks yesterday and was not happy at all. I understand that people are busy and they may not have time to listen when they take orders and they may have to have people repeat it but whenever you go to hand a person a drink and they tell you 'no I did not ask for an iced espresso I asked for a hot latte,' the reply should not be 'that's not what we heard' It is almost a $7 drink and yes I should probably not be spending that much money on a drink but it was a treat. In the early 00s, I was a Starbucks batista and we were trained to be the third place after home and work. I don't think that is how the employees are taught now.
Excellent location, terrific service, and a really spacious outdoor area. One of the best. The parking lot is challenging, but otherwise... great visit.
My go to drink is the medicine balm tea but I substitute my honey for peppermint syrup for more of a minty taste and it helps oown up my sinus when I have a slight cold. Lately many Starbucks has had a shortage on the peach tranquility component of the tea so I've been order Mint Jade Majesty tea with steamed lemonade and peppermint syrup.
Not sure what’s going on at this location but the drinks are very underwhelming to say the least, the flavorings are either old or something’s wrong with them, absolutely terrible flavor to the Carmel Frappuccino, tasted like watered down gingerbread. GROSS!
