Guy at the drive-through is incredibly rude. I wait tables and never would I ever let out a large sigh/grunt of annoyance in front of a guest especially if I had a mic next to my mouth. Couldn’t get a word in because he kept interrupting me as I was saying my order, not even a question like literally interrupted me as I said what I wanted. Not worth the effort when there’s a new Starbs right off 517.
Great location! I have not had any problems and the staff is fenomominal despite dealing with what I have witnessed to be the rudest ignorantly in titled beings. Thank these people who wake up earlier than us and hammer out different levels of complicated orders.
This place was very fast. The people were friendly and very engaging. The drinks were very well made and served at the proper temperature.
Not sure what the deal is with this Starbucks but they always suddenly close! You never know when they are really open! Call before you go!! Hours listed are not accurate!!!! Call in advance to see if they are open!!

I hate writing bad reviews so I'm asking for the owner of this location to please give me an e mail so i can make my statement. Normally this location is good. Today i had a horrible experience with an employee. I've worked in the service industry for years, if this was one of my employees i would have fired him on the spot. In a world post covid, you would think customer service would be a priority.
This Starbucks has the most friendly staff and the best customer service!
