Mrs Teresa is so polite and has great customer service!!My kids love sonic so I’m here like 2 times a week and I’ve NEVER had a problem with my order. I’ve been to many other locations around League City but I keep coming back to this one because of Mrs. Teresa. Give her a raise!!!
Most employees are great especially Teresa but if Gina is there you're gonna be waiting 15 minutes just for a drink. One time she wouldn't even answer at the drive through after 10 minutes so we just left. Someone needs to be there in the morning to encourage her to do her job. when she finally does come out she basically just grumbles and throws your food at you. Good luck actually getting what you order.
This place is great. They make the best orange cream slushes and blasts! They also make your fur babies feel right at home with little treats too. Thanks guys! There's one particular woman and I never get her name but she's usually there at night and doing drive thru and she's the best. Possibly the manager.
I got my order to go, the Pretzels felt and tasted like they were prepared yesterday, there wasn't hardly any salt left on them. The buns were about the same and I don't know when the patties were cooked. I know it is half price on cheeseburgers but you don't need to lower your standards or quality of service provided.
I normally don't write bad reviews nor do I like too, but I'm getting very fed up with this place.My fiancé and I come here quite often. We live right down the road from here so it is very convenient for us. We have given this place the benefit of the doubt SEVERAL times. But this is just getting absolutely ridiculous, the workers here have been getting more and more lazier and ignorant. Let me explain. Almost every time we pull up to the drive-thru speaker, the girl on the intercom sounds extremely bitter and unhappy; does not greet us nor does she sound welcoming. I don't expect upbeat and joyful every time because I get working in food industry isn't the greatest nor the best paying. But I at least expect the same respect I give out, as in talk to me with manners as well. When we begin to order, after every single item we order she always says, "is that all?" in a rude and ignorant way. Point being, we are spoken to as if we are burdening her. Which is completely unprofessional considering it is her job to take peoples orders who come thru and order food or drinks. After waiting in the drive thru window for about 15 minutes; 50% of time, we have something missing or our order is messed up in some way. This used to never be like this. We don't ever have a complicated order nor do we ever order a whole lot. And lately the food has been tasting extremely stale, dry, or overcooked.Our most recent experience, as this has been occurring more frequently, is this place turns their lights off and "closes" earlier than closing time. My fiance and I just wanted a drink from there and he left the house at 11:40pm, as they do not close until midnight. He drove over there and got there at 11:43pm (as I previously said that we live right down the road). When he got there, they had all the lights turned off except for the ones inside. He said he pulled up to the drive thru and tried speaking (he said he heard the static still like the microphone was still on) and no one answered him. After waiting for about 5 minutes he just came home. I enjoy Sonic, but their customer service has been absolutely disgusting and disappointing. So honestly at this point, I would rather just drive the extra few minutes to the other one off of 518.This sonic needs to find better employees; ones who aren't lazy and ignorant or they are going to run out of business sooner or later. I mean, this place already has a 3.5 rating, in my opinion, it needs to be lower.

Very angry. Tonight we went to this sonic location and we pulled into the drive thru at 11:10 pm. They turned off all the lights immediately and pretended we weren't there. This location is open until midnight. This is actually the 4th time they have shut down early and pretended that there isn't people waiting outside. Very upsetting and we have now given up on sonic and I will be escalating this issue because it's ridiculous. All we wanted was ice cream. The young kids running this location only do this so they can leave early. No manager on site so they do what they want. Really unprofessional.
