Terrible service. Wrong order, rude staff, unclean, ect ect
Horrible place and service, they treat you like you are nobody.Update:Wanted to add that they never refunded my money. SINCE then I've never and WILL NEVER visit thisSonic again, also told a few friend to not go there ever.Horrible bad to the worst.

Pulled in at 6:30am wanting breakfast and waited 15 min with the red button pushed and flashing and nobody took my order. I finally gave up drove away.
This Sonic location is terrible. I have been there several times as my grandkids live nearby. On 12/15/2021 we went at about 530 pm before gymnastics and waited for more than 10 minutes after pushing the red button and no one took our order so we left because we were going to be late. My grands wanted ice cream after gymnastics so I thought I would try my luck again but to no avail. The purchase through app wasn't working so we went back and again the same thing happened. We pushed the red button and we were not helped. As I was backing out to go to DQ someone finally came on and when I ordered 2 blasts she basically yelled at me and told me that their blast machine wasn't working but they could have shakes. As I was asking my 3 and 6 year old grandsons if they wanted shakes she started yelling at me again. We ordered and waited another 10-15 minutes for 2 mini shakes. Others were driving up and after waited multiple minutes were told that the soda machine, blast machine, etc. wasn't working.Why didn't they just close for the evening instead of making people wait to find out they couldn't order what they wanted from the menu!

Best bacon double w jalapeños I've ever had at any sonic in houston.The bacon was crisp to perfection and patties were crisp on the outside, but tender inside. The burger looked 100% as if it were the promo burgerGood job guys?
Soft drink machine down again. Ordered the #2 meal and they bring me just a cheesburger. I had to wait another ten minutes for the tater tots. Please turn down the music on your outside speakers. Could barely hear the person taking my order because the music is so loud. Need better communication and repeat the order back to the customer. I will not be returning to this Sonic.
I go here after my football practice almost everyday and the food and drinks are always refreshing and the people are always nice.
