Absolute worst!!! I placed a combo order for delivery. What was actually delivered was a small container of jalapeños and a Dr Pepper. Not even close to what I ordered. You can’t even call the place to speak to someone about your order. The phone just keeps ringing and eventually disconnects.
I went there to up an order and also received a text that the order is ready. I go thru the drive-thru but then I looked and had about 5 cars. So I go around and park, called thru the enter com and stated that I was waiting for an order and that is ready for pick. The guy was rude and said it be out in the moment. Knowing that the order is “ready!”Very rude, bad customer service!Overall rating: 1/5
Just had the garlic bacon cheeseburger…awful! No bacon, no garlic butter, & the meat was dry and hard like it has been sitting out since yesterday. I work close by and frequent this location. Goingdown hill…won’t be back.
The food is hardly warm when served. The only thing that doesn't remain cold are burgers due to the wrappers. Every other food is disgustingly cold to the point it made my dad sick. It's to the point where it feels like this place barely puts any effort into cooking the food. This Sonic needs to put more effort into their food or needs to shut down
Never again at this location. What tasted and looked like 2 day old onion rings that my dog wouldn’t even eat. Kosher pickles on my burger (the worst part). Got my order wrong. This location has gone down!!! I’ll be driving farther to a different location from now on.
It took me 15 minutes to get my coffee from the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the window to buy my coffee I asked for a small cup of water. The lady said I had to pay separately for the water so I told her never mind and she still charged my card twice.
Awesome service, ask for Shelby, she really enjoys her job and was very friendly. They also have awesome corn dogs and cherry limeades.

It is apparent they have staffing issues…last time we got slushies it was what appeared to be the ice with maybe half a pump of flavor. Idk why my wife and I even get them another chance. I feel bad because you can tell the employees are run into the ground and not taken care of. Most of the ordering screens don’t work and 85% of the tome they don’t even respond when you pull up to order so you’re forced to go through the drive through. The owner really needs to take a deep look at this and make some tough decisions or start paying for better help.
ordered a Reese's blast, received a cup of ice-cream with a few sprinkles of Reese's on top.
