Best pizza in the area for any NY transplant!!!! If Mario could get NYC water, his pizza would take just as amazing as any pizza joint in NY! Not only is his pizza great, BUT, his wings are awesome too….that’s because he doesn’t take them from a bag and serve them! He makes them from scratch(-ish……he doesn’t make the chicken wings themselves: the chickens make those!). Our son ? the spaghetti and meatballs as a pizza alternative. Plus, we just ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Mario and his family: but, mainly Mario……I, myself, find myself spending tons of time just chatting it up with him! He reminds me of all the pizza guys when I lived up North: providing you went to the same place and you did!!!!! Thank you, Mario, for opening and giving us a slice of home!
I eat here often. I always get what I ordered. Are they perfect? No, nobody is. This is a family owned business and the husband cooks, the wife runs the front of the house and the kids work as needed. Please support them as the landlord has raised the rent by $1k per month and they work to make your food taste good and give good service. Stop buying from the big box places and support your local family owned businesses before they're gone.
I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to eat at Roma. The lunch specials are a great deal. I love that I can get pizza by the slice. The pizza is NY style so it’s foldable, crispy and delicious. My boys got the calzone and they loved it. I can’t wait to try more of their menu!
Very quiet and friendly atmosphere. Wait staff is very caring of their customers! They have pizza by the slice ready and waiting that can me served in 5 minutes or less. It's great for people like myself that does not always have a lot of time to eat at a restaurant. It's classic NY style crust with high quality ingredients. I am a very conscious minded individual and Roma Pizza gets my vote every visit (3 times a week)!
This has quickly become one of my favorite pizza places. Thin, crispy, perfect amount of cheese, great sauce. They have slices for $2.5 each, so it's a great place to stop for a quick and cheap lunch or dinner, but their regular pizza prices are great as well. And free delivery! Highly recommend trying it.
I seriously cannot believe I haven’t reviewed these guys yet. Been coming here for years and never once got anything less than amazing. It’s a small family owned place and the pizza here is not only incredible, but reasonably priced! The owner is extremely friendly, kind and gracious. I just left and as I was leaving realized I had forgotten to pay and went back in. The owner was extremely friendly and doesn’t want to be the kind of guy to chase someone down over a few slices of pizza. I made sure he got his money and was struck by his character even though I’ve been a semi-regular for 3 years now. Truly a class act.This place is a League City gem and has its high well deserved ratings for a reason!
Wow! I wish I would have tried this palace of pizza earlier!The pizza is reasonably priced and tastes so much better than any chain around.This is my new favorite pizza place hands down.
I'm not sure where exactly to start, but my family and I WILL be back! Food was honestly, just so delicious, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the dining atmosphere was so pleasant. It was a very nice change from the fast paced atmosphere that society has become so accustomed to. The pizza crust, the sauce....EVERYTHING! It really was so delicious!
Great tasting pizza. Only problem was they left the bacon off the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza we ordered.. it's on the menu. I called after it was delivered and the guy said we didn't order bacon. It's on the menu including bacon. Good pizza. Bad management. Next time I will talk to a human when I o rder. Skip the slice app.
