The people at this location are so rude and act as though they don't care about; the customers or their employer. Maybe they own the restaurant, if that's what you want to call it???? I went as far as calling the customer holiness. I haven't gotten a response. I purchased over 35 American dollars at this place but the food was a virtual mess. I is apparently why it's never busy. If you visit you probably won't return. I live over 100 miles away and make a weekly trip to League City. This place needs a total overhaul ?????
After several visits, I have never received an accurate order from the League City 96 location. I ordered a biscuit, I paid for a biscuit but low and behold there was no biscuit in the box with the chicken. Oh well, I have complained through their website on a previous order bet felt that other's should be aware of the numerous issues that I have had, here.FTR, they weren't under-staffed or overwhelmed. It was 2pm on a Tuesday & of those that were visible, I saw more than 3 people just standing around BSing. I just wish we had a more competent location closer to Bacliff/San Leon.
EVERY time I have gone to this place, they’ve gotten my order WRONG. You would think I would have learned by now. Today I ordered 2 orders of chicken with mashed potatoes AND and two extra orders of mashed potatoes. I asked at the window if all the potatoes were in the bag. Guy reassured me that all were there. Got home - absolutely NO potatoes. I know, I know - I should have checked. But really - why is it MY job to be sure THEY are doing their job! So irritating!
Mac & Cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy and apple pie were very good. Tenders were very bad , way too crunchy and chicken was bland. They didn't give me a spoon or napkins at the drive thru , so I went back in for that. May or may not be back.
Ordered online, got here before the Tuesday rush, online order took 20 minutes to get because it wasn't made and no one asked why I was at the mobile order pickup. Got home and missing sauces also, $5 meal but usually not this bad
Got to the window didn’t know what we ordered. Referred to our sides as “red beans and whatever”. Asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy and they told us they had already put everything away, mind you it was 2 hours before closing. The workers were so high they couldn’t function.
We tried this Popeyes location for the first time. I went through the drive-through and checked my order before I drove off even though the employee at the window assured me it was correct. It was incorrect. I parked, went into the restaurant, and one of the employees told me, " You'll have to get back in line like everyone else," when I politely told her my order was incorrect. I then asked for the manager. Brianna, the manager, apologized for the employee's rudeness and gave me a new, corrected order. She was friendly and courteous. I'll go back and try again because of her! The meal was good.
If you want Popeye's, I'd drive out to a different one. Orders are constantly messed up here. They are also rude! Their hours show they are open till 11pm. I pulled into the drive-thru a little after 10pm. Waited for about 20 minutes, and then at about 10:30pm they shut down the drive-thru with myself and 2 others still in line. They didn't even bother to say they were closing early!!
I wouldn't even give a 1 but have to in order to leave a review, drive thru sucks! A little girl with hickies all over her neck apparently someone thought she was management material, half the staff had mask below the nose. This girl was very rude! I asked for drinks with my order. Gave me my order without my drinks and then went to chit-chat outside with staff changing the trashbags, then came back in and FINALLY got my drinks. Corporate should take a good look at this store along with who they make management. Not coming here again.
Great chicken sandwich(being sarcastic)1/10 Where’s the sauce?? Not the first time this has happened before.
