Worst popeyes i had ever been to. I ordered online and paid then they made my husband pay again. When i called about it they wanted our food back for the money back that they charged us double for. Then forgot our sauces and drink. Went back and manager was ugly to me and gave me my tea which was clear and tasted like water. When i got home i relaized my apple pie was dark brown and hard. Ive never had a problem with their apple pies ever. Will not be back to this location again. I also called corp. On their manager the way she talked to me is not how you talk to a customer. With all these complaints i just read for this location why isnt something being done??
The food is great and I don't know if this guy was having a bad night but my wife felt like some delicious blackened chicken strips and when I got there they were all locked up by 8:15 about an hour and a half min before closing time. I went to the drive through and nothing. Pulled around and saw the employees in the lobby playing kn his phone with the drive through headset sitting on the table. I honked and waived and was not acknowledged. I took a pic but decided it was not something I want to post. I will just go to another location next time.
I was there on Tuesday man the chicken looks like last week chicken the red beans and rice taste like yesterday.i tryed to be understanding.not no more. I will go back to church.sorry. I pass byy nobody in line anymore . what happened to the Cook
rude employee and they don't want to help at all
I showed up at 8:43 p.m. at the Drive thru. They informed me that they already shut down the fryers and only have chicken and chicken sandwiches. I asked for blackened Chicken Tenders and they said they don't have any because they shut down the fryers. I asked what time they closed and they said at 10:00 p.m. I asked what time do they shut down the fryers and they said "8:00 p.m.". I asked why and they said so they don't have to stay late and clean. The last two hours of the business they don't really sell anything or at least not fresh because they shut down fryers at 8:00 p.m. So whatever you get at 9:00 p.m. or later has been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour, which is a health violation. Staff is so lazy they literally don't want to work but still get paid.
The workers and managers are so rude. I complained about the service so they purposely gave me undercooked chicken.
Bring back the Hottie Sauce.. My stock pile is so low. How can I eat my nuggets now. Mixing hot sauce and sweet heat, desperately hoping y'all bring it back.
Chicken was old and cold red beans and rice dried out sat to drive through a long time we was the only car there I'm very disappointed I've been waiting on Popeyes all day I hope I don't get sick my chicken tasted a little tangy this is far from the Popeyes reputation I know and love
I was overcharged for my meal!! How on earth does it cost over $25 for one person to eat at a chicken joint??? The store was supposed to open at 10AM. It was 11:30AM and the store was still not open. When I asked why they said "oh we just open late today". Really??? That's what you tell me when your store opens 1 hour and 30 minutes later than its supposed to??? The employee behind the counter was very rude. They blasted Mexican music the entire time I was there and spoke ONLY Spanish! Instead of being at a Louisiana Kitchen restaurant, I thought it was in Mexico! I will never go back!!! They are the rudest employees I've ever seen in my life!! Unless you like listening to only Spanish and feeling like you're in Mexico and listening to Mexican music blasting then I would not suggest going to this Popeyes!!!
Placed order through drive through. Had to wait a quite a while for him to take my order. Only 1 car in front of me! When I got to the window, he was rude and not polite at all. I will not be back to this location
