Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to go to get pizza. But I've noticed through the years that that great taste that I used to love has been slowly disappearing. Last night I ordered a large cheese pizza with no extra toppings on the Pizza Hut app on my phone. I wanted it delivered to my home, but when I attempted to check out on the app, I got a message that I would either have to go pick up the pizza myself or add something else to my order. Since when can't you just order a large pizza to be delivered to your home? So I had to add something else to my order that I didn't really want, just so I could get a pizza. So I added an order of the mini cinnamon rolls. The order came exactly when I was told it would, so that was not a problem. When I opened the pizza box, the pizza looked like what I expected so the presentation was good. But when I took the first bite, all I tasted was dough and cheese. I could not detect any marinara sauce on it at all. So I took another bite, and again, I could not taste any sauce. I took a close look at the slice of pizza, and I could see just a faint color of sauce--it was practically nonexistent. No wonder I could not taste any marinara sauce! I was not at all happy, because Pizza Hut has been around long enough to know that the taste of the sauce is what makes a cheese pizza great!I used to take my then small children to a Pizza Hut outside of Wichita, KS, in the late 1970's--early 1980's. We used to order cheese pizzas mostly, with an occasional Supreme for something different. Those pizzas were delicious! But the pizza I had last night from this particular Pizza Hut in League City, TX, tasted nowhere near those pizzas I remember. Also, I worked in a Pizza Hut for a few months when I was living in Kansas in the mid-1980's. I was taught to put enough sauce on the pizza so it could be tasted. No one ever complained while I was working there that they couldn't taste the marinara sauce.Bottom line: it's a sad commentary that the cinnamon mini-rolls tasted better than the pizza. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. At the time I was ordering on the app, I don't recall even seeing an option where I could order extra sauce ON the pizza, like other pizza places have on their apps. Pizza Hut needs to take a lesson from Papa John's.

I ordered my food at 10:30pm said out for delivery then never got my food that was 19$ that got pretty stolen from

I ordered pasta w bread sticks and an order of cinnamon sticks. They were placed in the same box so the cinnamon sticker tasted like pasta sauce .

The staff is friendly. Our pizza is always ready on time and made just like we ordered !

My large pepperoni pizza and order of bread sticks and a 2 litre Pepsi were delivered to my apartment yesterday it was a total of 33.54 dollars. The pizza was covered over with grease and the bread sticks were completely cold.I tipped the delivery person 6 dollars and also got charged a 5dollar delivery fee from the store. The pizza was not even edible.I wonder why send this garbage to me.You people got me to this time never again!!You should be ashamed and maybe the health department needs to make a visitation to this store.

The Pizza I ordered was ready for pick up when I arrived, it was correct, and it was cooked to perfection. Great experience. Will absolutely be back.

Poorly made cold and pretty sure I got sick from it. Threw up all night.

All three of my pizzas as well as the cheese bread and breads sticks were cold. I spent $48 for the pizzas as well as a $10 tip for cold pizza?! First time ordering from Pizza Hut in years and was disappointed.

The app is horrible. It crashes at least 3 times while trying to order. It makes the entire experience unpleasant.

Recently I visited a Pizza hut in Webster Texas. We went to dine in. The food was so awesome and the service was great! The food was cooked just right! I told the manager I had not eaten at Pizza hut in a long time and he said that the Pizza Hut on South Shore would deliver to my area. So I took a chance tonight and spent $75 on pizza for my family. Two large pizzas, sodas, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. The pizza was burned and The breadsticks were hard and dry. I will never order from them again! Why can one Pizza hut know how to cook and the other ones can’t? Aren’t they trained to do this job? Don’t they have a temperature setting and timer on the ovens? I’m tired of buying burnt food
