I want to like this place so badly. They’re close to where I live but they’re just never even close to accurate with how long it’ll take to make the pizza… I order on the app and they’re pretty consistently 30 minutes later. I know there is a rush on the weekend but it’s still really frustrating. I should just drive to a place further away. Might waste gas but I’ll have my food faster.
So thankful for Papa John's delivering at 5 minutes before they closed on Christmas Eve.My daughter worked a 15 hour day and I needed hot food for her when she got home.Driver was very friendly and pizza was great!

A while back I ordered a pizza for my wife and myself. We both got sick within the hour of eating the pizza with abdominal cramping, nausea, and vomiting. I notified them of becoming sick to which Jason called me saying that they called literally everyone that ordered pizza that day (which I hightly doubt) to see if anyone else got sick. He was not entirely rude, but was snark saying that it could not be his location and saying lies such as food poisoning does not onset until 1-2 days after. It is not wise to lie to someone in the medical field who knows about food illnesses. They lost me as a customer.
I got a large. thin crust, jalapeño pepper pizza, cooked well done and some jalapeño poppers. I really enjoyed the extra crispy thin crust. Very crunchy and had a good flavor as well. As for the poppers.. well, they were ok but I doubt I'll order them again. Just a bit too bready and not a lot of flavor.I use to have a strong dislike of Papa John's, but since the last time I ate there, about 15 years ago, something changed... either their food or my taste buds. I can say, without a doubt, I'll be back!
Placed an order through Uber eats. This place voided the order with no notification because of lack of ingredients. The staff has been rude on more than one occasion. I love Papa John’s and it’s sad that in today’s world of technology that they can’t take items off the menu when they are not available instead of leaving you waiting in limbo. My wife went to pick pick up the order after 2 drivers declined it. The staff basically said “oh well, not our problem”
Horrible service, they got my order wrong and they were so rude when I addressed the problem. DO NOT order from here.

pizza was horrible. it was very thin when i asked for regular. the serving tray was in the box. They left the TRAY in the box. horrible service.
Fast, hot food, and friendly service.
