Pre-ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels for a morning pickup, received an email confirmation that order was ready for pickup slightly ahead of the requested time, when I showed up slightly after the requested pickup the order hadn’t been started yet. Was asked if I still wanted the order from a visibly frustrated employee and I tersely replied back that I wanted the order at the time I ordered it. Waited 10 minutes while they prepared the order, then had the same employee come from behind the counter, drop (made a thud) the order on the floor at my feet and they told “Here’s your order Pal”. Appreciate Patrick, the employee who was identified as the manager, apologizing for their team member’s lack of professionalism, wished them sincerely to have a good day, but this “pal” won’t be back anytime soon.Update: arrived late to my morning appointment, order was discovered to be incorrect and missing items.

I order a pizza and a lemonade it took at least 10 minutes to get my order. I would not recommend the margarita pizza.The sandwiches are ok. The service is slow.
I love Panera Bread! I especially love this location. The service is always excellent. Charlie goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service.
I ordered the whole tuna sandwich, a bowl of 10 vegetable soup, and a 1/2 Fuji apple chicken salad. The tuna sandwich was delicious and the portion size was good. Panera Bread is one of the only places I trust to eat a tuna sandwich. The 10 vegetable soup was delicious. The.portion size, however, was the size of a cup not a bowl. The same problem for the salad, except there were no apples and no chicken. The line on the salad container is how full it was when I received it. The pickle and the bread weren't wrapped, they were just thrown in the bag.
I wish I had a better experience to report, but as someone who is health conscious I am disappointed by the lack of whole grain options and in particular...the fact that my veggie sandwich on tomato bread tasted like a nasty cinnamon roll due to a sugar glaze that is apparently added to that bread. How sad on what should be a healthy meal. Come on Panera..... please offer vegan options and healthier choices.
This place really needs some maintenance. The workers are doing their tasks and no one going above and beyond. Food is fine for the price although they've really cut back on their portion size. Place needs a good manager to make sure the restaurant is clean.
Steak and white cheddar sandwich has less meat than before and it's totally overcooked. Inedible. This place has dived in the last year, hard.
Note: The picture is of a near empty cup of coffee because I didn't think to open the lid until my stomach hurt. Thats when I realized that funny taste was curdled milk. (lost my sense of smell during covid)I work across the street so I come here every morning and often for lunch. 4 days out of 5 my coffee is lukewarm. Not warm. Not even close to hot. You can’t even feel the warmth through the cup. Every day, I go to our microwave and heat up the coffee that I bought less than a minute ago. Someone isn’t paying attention to quality. Twice they put creamer in my coffee that curdled. Twice.Often forget or leave out items. Buy French onion soup to go? 50% of the time you won’t get your croutons.Is the line not moving in front of you and you’ve already placed your order? Bet your life your food has been made and is sitting getting cold while they figure out what’s wrong with the order in front of yours.Why do I keep going? Because I can go there and back to work in less than five minutes round trip. And now my daily morning run has switched to the Starbucks down the street.
Last time I will ever come back to Panera Bread. This was the 5th time they over charged me or forgot an item I paid for. Taking my business to Chipotle
