If I could give this location zero stars I would, been coming here for over two years. Multiple times we’ve arrived an hour before close, thirty minutes to close and they refuse to cook more food. This time we arrived at 9:05, they close at 9:30 and the doors were locked. They told me to go through the drive through. They then told me we only have three dishes left and no sides. How this place stays in business is beyond me and management is completely MIA
Literally the worst experience I've ever had at this establishment.. they told me a 7 min wait ended up waiting 25 min till I walked in and still waited 10 more min bc items kept running out. Closes at 9:30 but If you show up at 8 or after they won't make new food. They'll just tell you their out of that item. Horrible management really needs to be evaluated.

Welcome to our kitchen.Our experience: My boyfriend stopped here to grab something healthy to eat on his lunch break and left highly disgusted and disappointed. To both of our surprise, we recognized how cheap this location is with the way they serve food. The picture shown is what the $9 bowl looked like once he opened it and he could not return it because he had already left. There are barely any veggies or shrimp in this bowl. This bowl looks rushed, extremely below expectations, second-rate, and not appeasing. This was the first bad experience at this location and will most definitely be the last because he will never return to this location again. I think corporate needs to revisit their philosophy with this location because this experience didn't align with it.
Went to Panda Express on 270. Only 8:00pm. They close at 9:30pm. They would not make any fresh chicken dishes that were already out. Don’t understand how they get away with this.
Portion issue. My co-worker and I have eaten at the Panda Express at FM270 and FM518. Twice, he has been given skimpy portions of the super greens. Today he ordered the super greens and was given what was left and it didn't amount to a full portion.When he got back to the office he discovered that he was not even given plasticware, napkins and no fortune cookie.
First time there, got my daughter the kids meal, and she absolutely loved it! The food was warm and tasty. The customer service was great there was amazing and the employees were very kind. It was also very clean. Definitely reccomend!
VERY, VERY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE GUY TAKING ORDERS WAS SO RUDE! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GREAT SERVICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DON'T GO THERE. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY CUSTOMERS LOVE ME. IT SHOULD MAKE YOU COME BACK NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AWAY. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
It was not as good as other Pandas. They had empty pans that needed refills and food that had been sitting for a few hours and looked awful. The worker agreed as well to food just sitting for so long. I will not visit this Panda again. These young folks don't care.
Food sucks. Cold they just throw it together and give you what they want. I ordered cream puffs and they gave me empty fried shells. Ordered chicken egg rolls gave me veggie rolls. Ordered sweet n spicy chicken and got orange chicken. They suck. I called the store lady answered the phone "Hello" with an attitude. I'm baffled how they are in business.
The food was good and didn't have any issues, and they were very nice and friendly, would come again :)
