Great dishes and fair prices. It’s a great hidden gem!
The food and service were not as good as I remembered from the past. When we got there, there were only two other families seated. What with the social distancing this was good. However, we had to wait about 3 minutes before the hostess even acknowledged that we were there because she was too busy talking to the waitress. A simply nod our way would have been nice. . . Once we were seated, the waitress came right over with menus and took our drink order. When she returned with our drinks, she took our order which were all off the lunch menu. When she brought out the soup and egg rolls (which come with the lunch specials), she only brought out two of the three soups and only two egg rolls. I waited a bit longer thinking she would bring out my soup and egg roll but I finally had to ask her. She finally brought brought out my soup but no egg roll.. . With only three tables to wait on and the first two already had their food, I was at a loss to understand why the waitress was so unprofessional. And to top it all off, the food was somewhat bland.. . Needless to say, we won't be back there.

Great Chinese and vietnamese food. They are still opened for pickup and delivery 11-9pm during tx stay-at-home order. Support local restaurants!
Great people and since the new owners took over, the good food is now great food.

Visited this restaurant for the first time and we were impressed. Food was good, service was excellent, and price was reasonable. We will definitely return.

The food at the Orient Cafe is good, and the service is attentive and friendly. We have had a lot of different dishes, but our favorite is the PuPu platter, hot and sour soup, and Mongolian beef. That said, we’ve liked everything we have tried. We have not tried any of the desserts.. . The restaurant decor is very pretty, but the bathrooms need a serious overhaul.
