We went to this McDonald’s for the first and last time. We ordered two meals (Happy meal and burger with large fries). We dumped the small fry onto the tray and started to nibbled on the fries. When my husband dumped his fries onto the tray a large roach (pictured) fell out. I immediately took the tray back to the front and the manager denied that it was from their kitchen and set the tray behind the counter. I was furious when he didn’t even apologize but denied it came from their kitchen. I asked for the tray back so I could take a photo since he denied it was from their kitchen. He wouldn’t let the counter staff retrieve our tray so I stepped back and took photos of our tray with the fried roach. As we were exiting the McDonald’s there was a large dead roach right by their doorway. So disturbing in so many ways. I vowed never to set foot on that McDonald’s again.

After ordering a 20 piece nugget and basket of fries I pulled up to get the food and the girl at the window never looked at me just basically threw a bag to me not saying a word. I pulled up and looked in my bag and noticed it was just the nuggets. Went in and told a guy that I didn’t get my fries and she was rude. He proceeded to tell me that she said I just drove off. Well when she doesn’t even look and say a word to me how the heck do I know I’m leaving without my complete order!

Food always cold and very messy presentation, always missing something on take out orders. Staff demeanor very disrespectful to their jobs at the window, they should be proud of where they work and why they work or have to work !!!

I do not ever go to McDonald’s……but I have gone there twice this week for a sick kid. I have now interacted with a young man named Mick through the drive through. Most polite and funny employee I have ever encountered. If I owned a company and had a human being that showcased his love for life while doing the job, I would hold onto them forever…..we’ll done Mick. I don’t like McDonald’s but I will come back in all serious just because you are the one at the window that makes it a great experience

McDonald's is suposed to be fast. The food is already nasty, so I only go if I need something super fast. This place was so slow that I had to leave after 20 minutes in the drive through and never got my food.

Mobile order. 1 mcdouble 10 nuggets and a drink. After sitting 20 minutes I get the alert "thanks for you order come again " but no food. Call in someone says sorry and hangs up. Food comes out within a minute. Drink was already watered down, no straw, burger was wrong, nuggets cold,and no sauce or napkins. Only 2 stars because they are usually good.

Friday night crew is horrible. Ordered online and waited 20 minutes to find out my order for my family was forgotten/ canceled then say it was given to me. Went in to find out what was going on with the crew. English was the second language do there was a barrier to deal with. They finally give me my order to get home and find out that they left out a happy meal. Thanks McDonald's south shore...

A lot of room for improvement. Not consistent between shifts. Sometimes they'll do great. It is the times that they mess up that will stop me from returning. For starters, "thank you, and you're welcome" go a long way. Napkins are always needed. Sauces, and straws are also needed. Put items on a burger so they fit. I don't know how you can put a patty half off a bun and be fine with it. Some of the people who work there that can't figure those things out need to be fired. It's simple.

Me and my sister went to McDonald’s Saturday and the line was pretty slow. We were kinda gettin irritated we waited so long in the line to finally get to the speaker box, and it was the employees that were taking so long. They took forever to bring out a large water we literally got that last and he kept tryin to send us off with out our complete order. Our fries were disgusting and cold We didn’t even eat them. The frape they made was nasty they forgot to give pickles on the side took forever to bring out a small thing of pickles it does not take 10 minutes to bring some pickles out they were in there playing around, talking and laughing when they had orders and costumers to tend to. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. And the guy who had us at the window was rolling eyes his eyes you can tell his attitude was there. His name was nick and he needs to be fired the worst costumer service I have ever experienced we spent money and didn’t even eat. How do you go out spend your money and don’t even Get to eat cause your food is nasty cause the employees weren’t doing their job. A D MINUS is what they get.

Lobby closed yet again due to staffing shortages. Of course they keep the drive through open, because these fast food corporations would rather not provide you a place to sit down and use some WiFi, while getting a bite to eat. There is a real simple fix to staffing shortages: pay a living wage!Lobby and staff are usually pretty decent when they are actually open, but when the lobby at these places closes drive thru lines wrap around the building, and it is not worth the hassle.
