Horrible experience at this McDonald's, I had to go inside twice for soggy, undercooked, oversalted fries. How hard is it to cook fries? Every other McDonald's I've been to seems to understand how to use a timer on fries, but it seems like they don't know how to here. Even after getting semi decent crispy fries, they aren't full! Now I've wasted 10 minutes inside McDonald's while the rest of my food gets cold. Sad excuse for a McDonald's. Employees aren't too good either.

Love McDonalds but everytime I visit this location always messes up my order. I do understand making mistakes when putting the order in the bag but please let's not make it a habit because it's not okay for other customers. We customers trust the crews to ensure that our orders in the bag are all complete once they handed it to us because we forget to double check the order. Not mad about it because of small mistakes but making it a habit is not okay.
The quality of the food and the quality of the customer service is important to me. The customer service was Great and food was hot!! I'm giving this McDonald's location 5 stars. Thanks to the manager Geraldo who made sure my order was right. Thank you!!
Drive thru is really fast and they offer french fries all day long as long as you don't mind waiting. If you have LOs you know how important this is!
It was fresh and exactly how I ordered. Both the sweet and unsweet tea was fresh. The burgers tasted fresh and not heated up. The fries were a little salty, but it made the tea melt in my mouth. The location is awkward, but I'd go back.
The woman that took my order seemed stressed and was not very patient with the large order that our family had. But the woman at the pick up window was very friendly and super careful that all breakfast sandwiches and drinks were all correct. So her courteous service made the difference.
Absolutely terrible people skills. Treated very poorly and made everyone wait a very long time for nothing. Very very rude.
Order was wrong.... theses companies don't appear to care that there failing.
