Lazy management. Had an order for pickup that got messed up and had to go in, management told me to cancel and redo it. After being charged and showing the code for the payment. Left and went to Whataburger. Done with this place.
They spit in my food I'm not being petty.....they really did and made my face and mouth break out. The violence in Houston is just getting to be too much for normal they're destroying Thier own generation and livelihood.
They did make fresh coffee when I asked for it. However I did state the ladies restroom was completely out of toilet paper and the crew member just continued to doing what she was doing.
I hope you don’t expect to get your whole order. Every time I come here they’re out of something. No tea, no shake syrup, no Big Mac sauce. It’s ridiculous.
Same rating... Was up charged for a coffee when ordering a breakfast Meal deal. I cancelled the coffee due to the ignorance of an upcharge for coffee specifically when it's in the photo designating what constitutes a meal ? Yet at the window, the price was the same, wit coffee or without ? sounds like training is not up to par. What else are they up charging... When you order.....

McDonald's is McDonald's. Given that, this McDonalds earned 5 stars for doing exactly what a fast food restaurant should do - friendly fast service, hot food, and order made accurately..
food is great as always... Hot ans order is correct.... Butthe the app won't allow to login...is why 3 stars
