Staff is always nice and well it’s McDonald’s so the food is alright can’t complain.Some don’t speak English but hey at least they try their best!!
Nothing special about this one from any other ones other than the waiting time and then forgot our drinks.
Meal was fresh and hot and employees were very nice.
Not impressed. Haven't eaten McDonalds in quite a while, but the food is not up to par. There was alot of confusion with my orders and other customers orders, and the size of the food even with large fits in the palm of my hands, and is quite sad. I do not like their food, and dont plan on going again any time soon
They have the worst I repeat the worst customer service ever the lady at the window just gave me my food I asked for ketchup and napkins she said she had already put it in the bag and did not the boy in that took my order also was super rude !!!!
I'm so mad. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese McGriddles, ask them for egg whites and yellow cheese on both of them. Paid. Got my food, started to drive, and then pulled out my food to eat it. Not only did they not have the cheese I was looking for, they also did not have bacon on them. Neither of them. Both of them were sausage and cheese. My stomach is highly sensitive to sausage.
I ordered mobile waited 23 minutes in the mobile spot. Had to go to drive thru and she tells me she is sorry she was the only one working. I would have been sitting forever. Not happy at all.
Always have to go to second window to wait on a McMuffin that wasn't even well done nor toasted well
Hands down the freshest, most flavorful McDonald's ? in the area. Always fresh and juicy.. cheese fully melted (because it's still piping hot and not sitting under a heat lamp) I highly recommend this specific location at Hwy 3 and FM 518. It doesn't disappoint, and it actually revives any interest in eating at a McDonald's!
Messed up 3 orders in a row... Slow service this place needs to be internally audited for performance
