I get there to order and the guys are so lazy and dont even care about the costumers, i order 3 pizzas one with different toppics,when i get home i open that pizza and only had cheese, i call to get a refound and they told me that i have to drive all the way back to get it, even they know they gave me the wrong pizza .The guy that is in front only cares about his phone

Took forever at lunch time didnt have any pizza ready were making them as orders came
Spent over 30mins on phone waiting to place an order,unable to place one online and got no answer but when I go direct to the business they refused to take order for lunch item. Manager said they were busy and unable to answer phone however wasn't any other customers inside or in the parking lot. Not buying it!!!!!

Tonight 12/29 they were very short staffed - like most businesses. The very young employees handled it with professionalism and grace and teamwork. Yes it took longer but they communicated well with us and were awesome. Good job guys!!!!
It's the 3rd time in 2 weeks that when I called little caesars to place an order nobody answered me the phone for more than 15 mins waiting and when I went to the store I ask them if the phone is working and they told me they don't answer the phone when they are busy but it was only one people waiting for her order and they don't have pizza inside the warmer Containers and 2 working in the back was playing so im so mad with those kids. They need to take their job more serious.
The other night 11/06/2021 I ordered online 3 Pizzas for my children because their grandparents were watching them, the pizzas were horrible and so was the service. First of all my mother went to pick up the pizza and they only gave her two of the pizzas. Then the pizzas were horrible they weren't assembled correctly. I have attached photos so you can see. I have to say if you want pizza don't order from this location. If I was there I would have immediately request them to refund me my money.
We ordered two pizzas and one of them was burnt. I think we will go elsewhere next time
When I can drive to the location and put my order and get it faster than they can answer the phone there is a problem...
