We were looking for something healthy and stumbled on this restaurant. So brutal honesty from here on out. The bad, well, there were none. The rotisserie chicken was cooked to perfection. It fell right off the bone and it did not have that gritty dried texture. It was succulent and juicy. I had the spicy chicken with red beans. Both were amazing. My wife had the herb chicken with mashed potatoes and again both were perfect. Then the owner and daughter were so refreshing to meet. It is always awesome to meet people who are passionate and understand what the highest level of customer service is supposed to be. They have beer, karaoke, live bands and crawfish. The music is on varying days. Oh and our favorite, they have a great patio. Come to think of it, the bad part was that our dining experience had to end. :( Go now and experience!
I really really want to enjoy this place…..but they not only gave me the smallest chicken pieces, they gave me the wrong flavor, we asked for lemon pepper, instead received their “original” flavor, which had an overbearing aroma of rosemary that ruined the thing entirely. The red beans and rice had almost no direct flavor, just bland. The only thing I did enjoy were the plantains. It’s convenient they have a drive thru too. Just not the best convenience to drive back home 30+mins to see you didn’t get what you ordered. First world problems.
This place was delicious!! I had the fried catfish and my husband had Lemon pepper rotisserie chicken. We both really enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

If you love good food that feeds the soul you'll wait just a little longer for it because it's great food made by a local family *(Father/Daughter)* be patient cause, the guy in the kitchen helping, is doing it to feed his family and yours. Everytime I go in there, it is never in a rush, never a demand,You mold yourself in, sip on a beer or enjoy what ever weather allows you to be out side in comfort. Treat them well, help them grow.
Very disappointing place and food! we were inside ab 30 sec before 3pm , but she did not honor the lunch special prices ! we paid the full price for a rotisserie chicken with an after taste of antibiotics, feathers on the wings not totally cleaned !..massively soaked with artificial lemon juice and salt to neutralize the hormon taste !....half hour later I ended in the bathroom !side dishes half empty containers....huh !!...never ever again there!!!
Don’t let this small place fool you. Inside is the best crawfish around. Fried catfish was also excellent. Haven’t tried the chicken but will on my next trip. Nice patio the back too.

From the atmosphere to the staff, and fellow consumers!!... above and beyond Exceptional service and attitudes? Friendly, funny, down to earth, open minded and overall REAL! Great food, great service, great people. no regrets and the karaoke that Josh hosts is an experience you don't wanna miss. The venue is beautiful, lighting and sound is perfect, and we can't wait to get back and chow down before singing or favorite tunes and dancing the night away! Great job guys, see ya soon????
