First time going here and I have to say the food was excellent. Price was a little high but that is to be expected nowadays. The only reason for 4 ? s was the service or attentiveness of our waitress. Waited over 15 minutes for the check, and she disappeared twice for around 15-20 minutes. Asked her for more chips and salsa and never got it. Just poor service. Otherwise great visit. Will be back. Hopefully better service then.
We dined at La Brisa last night with family. when we arrived, we were seated promptly. It all went downhill from there. I think that we had the worst waitress of all. We waited 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken and drinks to be delivered to the table. Then we sat there another 30 minutes before we could get the waitresses attention. It was like she did not want to take our order. It was like pulling teeth. I asked her what was taking so long and inquired that if we order, how long would our food take? She was VERY rude and condescending. I was not rude at all and did not want to get the manager at that point, But, she kept asking do we need a manager? Well then, yes, let me speak to him. When the manager arrived, he had an attitude too, all he could say is that he would get us another waitress. The second one was 100% better and we left her a good tip and told her thank you for helping us. we will not be back do to the waitstaff and poor management.
Our server was awesome. Really took to all my needs and wants and sometimes I can ask a little too much. Ie. Extra queso, sour cream, more water, etc. etc. Out of all the food we had, the shrimp plate was the best. It had a great gravy. Everything else was just meh and lacked Seasoning. Birria Tacos were unbelievably too greasy. Their Verde sauce has no spice at all, tasted very creamy is a good thing but lacks flavor. Atmosphere is great. This place is great for a few drinks. Food probably hits when you get a little sloppy lol
We recently moved into the area. One night I was craving street tacos and nachos, after a Google search my husband found this place and we decided to try it out. We hit the jackpot! Hands down the BEST street tacos I've ever had. We've since ordered 5 more times (we've only been living here for 3 1/2 months) So far we've had the street tacos, nachos, quesdillas, hamburger, fries, chips and salsa, and enchiladas. Everytime the food has been amazing. I'm basically a walking advertisement for this place now because I tell everyone how great it is ? highly recommended!
Made reservations- when we arrived no one was aware of reservations. We were still seated after a short wait. Lots of remodeling going on. You come in thru back now not front. Front is only pick up. I reserved this spot for get together because I remember them having separate rooms for big parties, however now the have one big room with long tables, room had another party going on and was very loud. Food was great. Staff was friendly
Food was absolutely amazing! Margaritas ? wahoo good! Wish the waiter was a little more attentive but shift change was happening. Will be a repeat for sure
22 dollars for a fajita buffet but they served. Very small portions. Only two flour tortillas no choice for corn and no desert. Was expecting a cookie or something! Coffee was cold. Fajita meat was bland. Will never go back. Very disappointed!
I go here twice a month and Sunday evening wasn't any different.. food is always hot and tasty.. this time around I left my Bluetooth on table but when I returned back to retrieve it.. it said find me althoughIcould connect my phone to it we couldn't locate it.. most of the crew especially the evening time manager short guy with glasses went out of his way to help me find it.. even though I knew either a dark head waitress or bus lady took it and did not admit one of them took it.. the place were it was located was very odd.. but thankful I got it back.. Jessie G. The waitress was also awesome. I will continue to visit this place but I will definitely be more careful with leaving this on table
Post covid, the buffet sucks! The pancakes and waffles were undercooked and the buffet selection was limited for them to charge 20.99. My daughter is 11 and they charged her for an adult buffet when she only ate a few bites of the undercooked pankcakes. The assistant manager was of no help to rectify the situation but the GM changed it to the child buffet price. I will definitely not be back.
Great place. Usually get the beef fajitas, or the Sunday brunch. Both very good. Full bar and services available all day, big place too. Would recommend.
