Average fast food ultra processed but if you're really really hungry I guess it's okay. Service was good.

Like others have noted, poor customer service. If you arrive any time between 11:30 and 1:00 you'll be in line forever because all they're doing is filling call-in orders. I've had only two or three in front of me and it took me 20+ minutes to get my order and leave. During that time a dozen or more people will walk up, grab their order and walk out. I suspect people are turning to call-in orders because service is so slow. Hire more people or something, because it's gotten ridiculous.
After eating here, I have no clue how there aren't more of these than there are subway... The food is delicious!
Food tasted good but man…. Customer service is just not what’s happening. I’m looking at the menu; first time I been here by the way and was asked multiple times if I’m ready. No one else in the store but me and my coworker. I was actually shocked. Rude and highly unmotivated people in there. I stood around for awhile before anyone even looked at me. Good luck Mikes Subs.
I waited long time in line to order, then I ordered Philly Cheesteakes and after waiting for around 20 minutes the lady told me they were going to start preparing my order, there was only two people un front of me in the line, and I saw a lot of people after me ordering (they didn't order through the app) and leaving before me, the lady was very rude when I asked about the situation she even threw the order to me at the end, very sad because the food is good and I go there very often, bad experience.

I have always loved Jersey mike's I ordered the chicken ranch club chicken was burnt the bacon was burnt there was no lettuce one tomato and it tasted horrible
