Horrible service, just left. 3 guys in the back and only 1 making the sandwiches. Lie about when orders came in...I was doordashing didn't know I came in to pick up my own order. I had put it in 25 mins before I even showed up.
Why say you close at 9 and when I walk in before at 845 your whole grill has been closed down and you can only make cold sandwiches smh

Unbelievable $8.45 for just a Sandwich. Chips an Drink sold separately. Bottle Sodas $2.69 EACH. Didn't see the Drink Machine because it was hidden in a Corner. They have the Refrigerator Drink Machine first as you walk in like that's all they have. Big rip-off. $26.56 for a #3 #10 2 bags of chips an 2 - 20oz Sodas. Only for the Richest man. Really Sucks us poor people have to do without.No mask on their freaking faces an nets on their hair. Asked for Pepper an got salt. Won't ever do this again. Will be contacting Corporate somehow. Quite literally the best sandwhich I've ever had. The employees are sociable and friendly and not to mention the restaurant is always very clean. The standards they hold here are unmatched!
After 25 years and thousands of dollars spent at Jersey Mike's in three cities in the country, I'm out as a loyal customer forever. Several of us in the office place online orders weekly. In the last 3 months, nobody bothers to read the special instructions. Six consecutive orders. And at $14 a visit per person, we have decided to save a few bucks and convert to Firehouse instead.
