I love JD! It’s unfortunate that this time was the worst meal I have ever had delivered to me. The bread was too hard, there was a little meat and minimal cheese, the pasta side lacked flavor and I ordered an additional bowl of broccoli soup ($6.00) and they sent it as a side, cup, no crackers.Terribly disappointed.
This place is amazing! I have used the particular restaurant since they opened. I am on staff at a local church and I send meals to our members on occasion. They will deliver anywhere in the county for me. I have had very few issues and when I have, their team has been quick to correct them. They go above and beyond for me. The delivery drivers are usually early, which I love! Janell is my girl! She and all of the drivers are friendly, professional and always smiling. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could!
Do not order food from this Jason’s deli. I ordered a salad with my sandwich and added quite a few items to be included with it, paid extra to add the salad to my meal, and when my food was delivered, this is what I found. Nothing but pieces of lettuce and a some carrots. I’m honestly in disbelief that this is what they packaged for me.
We sure had a bad experience today! We have been regular customers here for over 5 years! When we walked into the restaurant today around 4:30, there was only one other customer in there. We ordered...when cashier told us amount, we told her that was incorrect. My order was Manager's Special (cup of soup & 1/2 sandwich)...she charged me for a whole sandwich. We ask for a glass for water & 1 iced tea. We didn't notice she charged us for 2 teas. When, my husband went back to get this corrected, cashier was rude...never apologized for errors. Then, I had ordered lettuce on my sandwich & receipt reflected that. Sandwich had NO lettuce & I had to go back & ask for lettuce. If they were busy, I could possibly understand less than satisfactory service. But, they were NOT busy at all! Very disappointing as Jason's has been one of our favorite lunch spots! Food was good..so they got 2 stars instead of 1!!
646 location. Listen, you all need to greet and say thank you with cheer. Some are dry (racists) acting and some are quite cheerful. Cheer up or find another job. No one should be subjected to your somber attitude. I have been eating Jason's deli for more than 15 years, way before it came to this area. Last couple desserts have been issues. Strawberry shortcake taste burned and appeared burned also. The little girl at the window yesterday had the coldest attitude. She literally acted like it killed her to say "thank you". Just ridiculous. Bay area location could do better as well. Y'all have a "greeting" issue. This location could also be more tidy. Not packed but tables are dirty and employees just at the back chit chatting. Instead of standing around, go clean a table. Wipe down handles and countertops.
They had Janell bring our order to our office meeting @ Westview Dental. Janell was very helpful, upbeat, and full of positive energy. Thank you Janell for blessing us today with your gracious smile, kind words, & positive vibes. We need more Janell's in this world. :)
Went through the drive thru to pickup up an online order. Made it halfway home to realize that the order was missing my son’s fruit cup. I came back through the drive thru to pick it up. The drive thru employee handed me the fruit cup, no hello, no apology for the inconvenience…then when I asked for a fork, she proceeded to hand me a fork unwrapped. At this point, I asked if I can get a wrapped fork. I don’t want an unwrapped fork from someone who is handling everything at the window. She gave me this blank stare like i said something foreign, turned her head with an eye roll, grabbed the wrapped fork and handed it over…still with attitude like I made it such an inconvenience for her to grab a wrapped fork. Still no apology for the inconvenience…no thank you..nothing…rude. At this point I decided to come inside to explain the inconvenience of items missing from my order and the rudeness of the woman at the window to the manager Jennifer. Her only words…I’m sorry about that. I will talk to her. Lol. What a joke. I can do without visiting this location again. I wasn’t even upset about their mess up, and me having to turn around, but when you top that with attitude like I did something wrong and still not acknowledge your fault for me to have to return for a $3.39 fruit cup bothers me. Horrible customer service.
Only giving 1 star because I couldn't figure out how to give less.Dirty dishes everywhere at 5:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Super friendly staff...NOT! Asked for another bowl for salad and was looked at like I had 3 heads.To say this is the worst service anywhere any time would be the best way to describe our experience here tonight.Stay away unless you too wanna get ticked off too.Salad bar was just okay, too many people working but really not doing anything other than playing on their phones.
The catering service is amazing. Always 5 star for us at MD Anderson. Thank you for assisting us and in keeping the food individually wrapped for covid precautions.
Food is always fresh, so definitely no complaints there. I ordered the Smokey Jack Panini and the Fire Roasted Tortilla soup with a side of chips. So fresh, I could barely eat it right a way, WHICH I LOVE. Fast service and polite staff.
