Drive through is the absolute worst. Took 30 min to get to ordering speaker, then take more time to get the food. There was only eight cars ahead of me. You can't leave the drive through as there is only one lane. Worst management, what kind of fast food is this. Also food is cold and I got a Sriracha burger in the bag instead of the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. I should have checked. Look at the reviews for this restaurant, all have the same complaints of slow service and wrong orders. Hope corporate shuts this down or gets a new manager/owner. This is an embarrassment to Jack in the box and a terrible establishment in the city of League city.
I was rear-ended and the driver drove off. Called 911 and they sent a cop. We met at jack in the box. I did buy a tea which was fantastic. I'd recommend a jack in the box ice tea after ever hit and run....or whenever you are thirsty.
This place is always short staffed and dining is closed alot due to shortages of workers. Be prepared to wait. We ordered tacos and took us a little over 1 hour from the time we went thru the line till the time they brought us our food!
Here is pictures of staff just sitting around on 6/14 night shift. Every time I go to this location at night they always say they are only taking DoorDash and Uber eats orders only. I got stuck behind one car at the pick up window for 10 minutes and this is when I snapped these photos after they denied me service.
This is the third time I’ve gone to this location and I’ve been turned down and given an excuse that they cannot help me for at least 20 to 30 mins. Two of the times they said the system was down. Tonight @ 10:00 PM after I waited in line for about 10 minutes I noticed cars were going through quickly all of a sudden and sure enough the excuse this time was they were doing a shift change and would not be serving anyone for at least 30 minutes. So basically all the cars in front of me were given no service either. Terrible customer service…
I do not like the bait and switch they pull with the prices. It says one thing and they charge something else. The prices need to be updated. And they are not upfront that the prices quoted are for small. They use a tactic and ask would you like medium or large. They don't ask if you want small. It's like they only give you the medium and large option. The service is okay, but the product is not as good as it used to be. What is shown on the menu is nothing close to what the actual sandwich you get looks like. Tragic. I will take pictures next time. I also wish there was a substitute item for fries. Like, how about a side salad instead. And for the same price please. The lobby floor is usually sticky as well. And the freestyle soda machine doesn't work. There can be lots of small improvements to make the experience a lot better.
I specifically asked for no mayo and it showed up on the receipt as being no mayo but sure enough there is mayo in the burger. Well at least i have my large curly fries right? Oh wait they arent in my food bags either. If i wasnt gonna be late to work from waiting in line for 20 minutes i could have gone back to fix it but instead i am sitting here eating nothing that i paid good money for. Id say at least this is only the first time but its not. And it only happens when the manager is there.
Irene needs a raise she was super sweet and I don't eat bread, so when I order just patties, so many don't know how to or refuse. She ordered exactly how I asked and got it right the first time!!!
sitting in the drive thru for about an hour and a half and 2 cars in front of me want to get out and argue like they want to fight. then we pull up to order and the lady says they are only doing “3 sandwiches per car” and “well what do you want!?” with an attitude just unprofessional as ****
I wish I could put zero stars......very unprofessional....and takes forever to get your order. The only thing I can say about this place is its clean....the staff plays all day instead of working. All you hear is talking and laughing. Waited for my order and two other ppl came in after me received their order first. I had to ask where my order was. If I didn't, I would have been sitting there looking stupid.
