Lady at the window said we can't order more than 5 tacos. Why? Then, asked for a manager and all she said was "she's not here" Very rude to my father. Get a better job if you don't like working there! Geez.. Then my father drove to the 96 and I45 location to order more, and manager there said you can order as MANY tacos as you want. Very nice and respectful. She even called the other Jack location in front of me and addressed the situation. Don't bother going to the 646 location.. Worse customer service ever. Reviews says it all people..
Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any Jack in the box. The cashier was rude when we finally did get helped (that only took 20, yes, 20 minutes!) the food was all wrong. My tacos had no lettuce and the sauce was caked on one end and completely empty on the other. I literally left and promptly went to taco cabana after trashing the food i just paid to not eat. To top it all- when she handed us our food she didn’t say a word and then slammed the window shut. I’ll never be back here. I literally came bc food in this city is better than in my small town.. sure did prove me wrong.
Ive tried to give this location chances and every time I'm severely unimpressed and disappointed. I ordered 10 tacos. I had to wait 15 minutes. Super slow. To top it off, I get home and there is no cheese on the tacos, they were way overcooked and they shorted me 2. They can't count apparently. I don't recommend this location. The texas city one is way better and worth the extra drive.
Today is Thursday May 20th the time is 5:33 p.m. I drove up to the Jack in the Box waited five minutes for someone to come on the speaker. The gentleman on the speaker told me I would have to wait 5 or 10 mimore before he could even take my order. There was no one in line ahead of me. Two workers were just standing there. So I tried to make contact and they both walked away. Amazing... never will l return, too many good places will take my cash. What a joke. Time to fire that staff
Trash trash trash trash, out of tacos and when I asked what else they were out of I was told everything… then I asked “ so y’all serving food?” He then said yea but out of tacos. It’s really the way the situation was handled, speaking like were high school kids and not even the slight bit of professionalism. No sense of urgency, not apologetic and couldn’t really suggest anything. This isn’t the first time this location has been a inconvenient
This is one of the worst establishments probably ever…extremely rude everyone “just started working there” every time they forget your food or mess up your order or won’t give you literally any sauce you ask for then when you roll back through the window your Confronted by a “manager” yelling at you saying they put xyz item in the bag when they didn’t and they never do. Just absolutely trash people work there super ghetto or extreme white trash not a decent one almost ever there…
Ive worked in the food industry and let me tell you kindness can go along way. But the young man working right now is rude , this is not the first time he does this to us and the car behind us. You can tell he doesn't know how to speak to people and will ask you what else after what else and tell you will be with you when you can when your ordering. Seems like hes upset due to the lack of workers maybe. If he is going to be rude to everyone he shouldnt be at the window taking orders. He seems very unprofessional and very unpleasant to talk to we will be avoiding this jack in the box.
I ordered 4 tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese and I got NO cheese and extra lettuce. So.....I had no lunch today! A clown is a good mascot for them because that's what they are!
Don’t go to this store. Went there at 3am, there were two employees outside smoking when I drove up. No other customers. I sat at the drive up order menu and sat there for 8 min. Finally a woman asks me for my order. I ordered tacos. She simply says, “ we’re out of tacos!” I say thank you and leave. The two employees come running back outside to watch me drive off and are laughing hysterically. This isn’t the first time. But it is the last time it will happen at this location. I’ve heard that about this location over and over.Instead of telling all of these people how you think your business is ran, why don’t you drive through a few times and fix the problem. This place is total garbage!!!
Shouldn’t have a one star option on here.. this place is trash!!! How you get on the intercom and say we are not making food on the grill only fried food.. wellll I asked for a fried spicy chicken sandwich which is fried… so boom next thing I know I’m being told I can’t get the #10 because they have to put mayo on it.. I didn’t even want mayo!!! The guy began to get loud and then the sorry excuse of a manager gets on with a nasty attitude as well.. every time I come to this store it’s something new with them.. all they hire is trash and rude people that have no customer service skills..
