We have been coming here off and on for about three years. The food is adequate for bar fast food. The drinks are good but a little pricy. But on our recent visit I was told by a very rude staff person that they don’t have wait staff only bartenders. You have to order at the bar. This was news to us we were always waited on before. Maybe this explains why they seem to have a turnover of help, they can’t make much in tips with this setup. Maybe those that make to effort to wait on their favorites make more (who knows). I’m certainly not going to tip someone that didn’t provide a service by taking my order and bringing my drink or food to the table. This place is very convenient for us but I think we’re going to have to fine another place

I have been going to this establishment for many years now but yesterday will be my last time. I took my vehicle in to get detailed and it got damaged. I went back in to speak to someone about it and he was rude and defensive. I asked if they had cameras and they don't on the outside. I left and called management at 11 am as instructed. Spoke to Lisa and she was also rude and condescending, saying multiple times "my story" as if I was a toddler and cutting me off. I didn't ask for anything nor did I ask them to fix my car. It is unfortunate that she couldn't listen to her customer for 5 minutes. I canceled my membership and will never return. I don't normally post reviews but be warned. Mistakes happen, its how you take care of the customer moving forward that matters. Extremely disappointing.
Horrible experience, as a member I expect great service on sunday(s) and a clean car! However the detail job has been bad the last two times I’ve come here, under staffed, with bad attitudes telling customers that the pay is trash, they should be paid top notch for the amount this place charges for everything. I will cancel my membership soon!
Kylie handled my check in and vehicle perfectly, had a great Superbowl get together with friends. Loved my entire experience, will be back for sure!
This place sucks. The management has to be the worst in Houston. If this is the best manager you can get. Good luck. The service is always so bad here. A table of 15 will never be back
It's a good place to hang out with friends and have a drink/food. Carwash not so much. I have been 3 times now and every time they didn't do a great job. First, I didn't say anything thinking we all have off days. Second time I did point out the spot on my passenger window to make sure it gets wiped. Well...it didn't, so I asked about it and they didn't even try in front of me to get it off. Then he proceeded to tell me it won't come off. Hmmmm...I got home sprayed some window cleaner and bam it was gone. It's been awhile and figure maybe they were just having another off day and a third time would be a charm. Nope, I should have known better when the girl in line with me as I was checking in, she was checking out and wasn't satisfied. I looked out at her car and saw the mud she was talking about across the parking lot. Well, mine wasn't much better. Three times your out! A little sad though!
It had great atmosphere. But it was costly for just 2 drinks and kind of lame.
Bartender in the back was great. The men's restroom was terrible. It was dirty, really old (dated), etc.Only had two urinals with a place that had over a 100 people. Males were having to use the female restroom or restrooms. It was really nice and updated. They really need to do something about this issue. This was my 1st visit to this place. I won't be going back because of this reason.
I definitely recommend Hugh and Jeff's if you want to get your car hand washed, detailed and numerous extras while having a few drinks with friends and a bite to eat. Shawna and Rhea were absolutely amazing they were working under some difficult and unfortunate miss happenings with the kitchen. They made us feel we were still important and they were doing everything they could to make sure we were having a positive experience. I wish the food had been a little bit better because all I have heard for the last year is how awesome the food is there but I understand everybody has bad days from time to time. It will not deter us from going back so I look forward to seeing all the staff and making new friendships.
