Extremely overpriced for the food quality!!! TWO BURRITOS cost over $30!!! Food was barely warm & was not even that great. Will never be back here again.

Ordered the quesadillas online. Literally says at the top it comes with cheese. Well turns out there wasnt any. What kind of quesadilla comes without cheese? I tipped as well 15% and wasn’t impolite so I don’t understand why they would rip me off like this. That was 17 bucks for nothing.

Not coming back here. I start eating my food to notice a hair in my burrito, and not some small strand of hair, it was long. I walked up and showed a girl working there and the host Jeffrey the hair. As I pull the long hair it snaps. I lost my appetite and threw the burrito away. I guess just wearing hats is enough to stop their hairs from falling in their food. I don’t recommend eating here. Or at least this location.

Quick assembly line style burritos bowls tacos and nachos. Multiple styles of rice and beans to choose from with your choice of one of four meats or meat substitute. They offer items is an upgrade but do not inform you of the price. However they do have it posted with stickers on the glass sneeze guard. We opted to get the add on queso blanco and add-on of potatoes. Queso Blanco is a must it made the whole meal. Potatoe nuggets where dry and hard. The staff was ok and kinda friendly but could have been more informative.

Went to Freebirds yesterday for an early dinner, and was greeted by the amazing Joseph. He is such a joy to encounter when we go there. He remembers us, he’s friendly, he’s so helpful and really seems to enjoy his job and his customers. It’s because of Joseph, that we will keep going back to this Freebirds location and nowhere else. Keep up the great work Joseph! You truly made our day!

I was in freebirds the other night and was greeted by a very nice young man Joseph. He was so helpful and polite its great to see someone so young with a great attitudeand work ethic. He made our food that was Excellent. I wish the other employees were like him. That would make an amazing team.

Ordered a chicken bowl last Friday to carry out. When I got back home there was 0 chicken in my bowl. Had everything else but no chicken. Called the restaurant spoke with a manager who asked if I want a refund or come back to have it replaced. I requested a refund she said it may take a couple of days for it to clear thru account, which is usual.. It's been 4 days still no refund. Purchased the meal on Friday it's now Tuesday I figured the weekend would slow it down. I think it would have cleared by now. But no. I believe someone lied to me. Guess Chipotle will get more of my business.

Got my delivery order wrong. Went to go pick up corrected order and management would not offer a compensation for their mistake. However the food was good quality and Management was professional.

Service is so bad. I felt like I was putting them out waiting on my to go order as people went thru the line as if I had not been waiting on my phone order I thought would have been completed by the time I got to Lowes next door and shopped for awhile. I love freebies but their service was horrible.

Today is the last time I’ll ever go to this free birds I used to love this place. I’d go every single week but they don’t know how to train their employees. Somethings wrong when every single time I go in. I get a monster and my wife gets a free bird and hers is larger than mine is. We get them made pretty much exactly the same just different meats. If you’re going to charge more for a monster it kind of annoys you when it’s smaller than the free bird. They put one scoop of meat on both burritos at this point I think it’s just a scam
