Holy cow!I’m hoping I caught them on a bad day. Either way, the store was so filthy that I would have fired everyone. The oil was clearly old, nothing was stocked, bathrooms smelled like pee, and I had to see the kitchen, which you can in the bathroom hall…. Absolute disaster.Saving grace, the burger was ok. Fortunately I’m a Freddie’s guy.
The cheeseburger and fries here are sooo good. The fries are thin and delicious and served in a portion that fills half the serving basket. The burger is thin and the edges are a little crispy, unique from any other burger I've eaten. You wont leave hungry. The employees behind the counter are always very nice and the restaurant has always been clean every time we've gone here.
Our first time here & we won't be back. Sadly the flavor & quality was just not there. Burgers had no flavor, my chicken sandwich & onion rings were cold & tasted like old grease. My kid sent back her cold hotdog & just settled for fries. The only item I ate was the turtle sundae. All that for $45 ?.
Freddy's has some great food. There are still items on the menu I would like to try, but if they are half as good as the burgers and ice cream I have already had I am in for a treat. The environment is always great, the staff is super friendly, and the food is mouth watering.
Been coming for a while, food is good and staff is usually friendly. But this only matters if you get what you ordered. Check your order before you drive away! Missing sauces, wrong drinks, wrong ingredient on burgers.Called and they offered to send coupons, which is fine, but instead of putting a bandaid on this repetitive issue, maybe implement some sort of quality check to stop this from happening to begin with.
Staff friendly, food great, facility clean. Did not get a custard was to full so hopefully will be back for custard.
I ordered a chili cheese hot dog with fries and a drink. The fries were hot and the drink was good. Although my hot dog, was extremely cold.
First timer today and I’m trying to determine if this is the best fast food burger out rn. I love my whataburger but damn this place is good.
I got a patty melt with cheese curds and a chocolate caramel shake. The patty melt was ok, it was bland but everyone eats there so I get it. Wish the onions were seasoned with salt and pepper that came on the sandwich. The curds were stuffed in the container so it looked half empty and the shake was alright but Maybe next time no caramel with it. It was an ok place, probably won't go back for a $15 meal though ?
I just visited Freddy's and I can tell you one thing they need to do better on the service. I just received the most horrible Patty melt I've ever seen in my life. I submitted a picture check it out for yourself
