Always have good service here, tonight had a time discrepancy on my order and couldn’t pick it up, I was promptly refunded without it ever being an issue. Business is well run and the manager is very kind
Ordered online so they couldn’t mess up the order. STILL got it wrong.
They can be very busy at times. Pizza quality is Ok to Good. I always pick up from here since so close to house. Can not rate delivery. Tracker app is usually right on with actual status. Had issue one time where pizza was not ready (I think they took and delivered it to someone else), they made a new one and added free breadsticks. Mistakes happen.
Its hit or miss on the quality of the pizza. This night it was less then stellar
Returned to Dom’s last year after nearly a decade of being unimpressed. We love the thin crust and that our order always arrives super fresh. Thursday Night football is even better with pizza!
Haven't gone there many times, but when I was leaving I spilled my pasta and they generously replaced it and we're very friendly.Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and the other times where things didn't go wrong the order was correct, piping hot and quite tasty.
The pizza is always good but service is always so inconsistent. As I sit here on hold for 5 minutes, after waiting an hour for pizza, I’m wondering why I even order from here anymore.About to give up and get something else.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered my pizza waited 1.2 hours finally called she didn’t even ask for my name or nothing she just said really fast it just got out the oven and it’s about to come even though the tracker said they was doing a quality check? Right after that call the tracker said somebody was on the way then 20 mins later it said right back to quality check. So I waited another 30 mins and called again and they said it was already delivered? If it was already to me I wouldn’t be calling? I just canceled it and I won’t be going back they don’t care about getting it done the right way
I order there practically weekly. The place is very reliable on getting the order right.
Has been over 1.5 hours and still no pizza. The tracker says it left 41 minutes ago and still not here even though we are right down the street. Called the store and was on hold for 13 minutes before someone took the call. Then they just told me he would be here shortly. I asked if the pizza would be old and cold being that the driver had had it with him for so long. She just responded no.
