They never put oregano on thin pizza when ordered. Thin crust pizzas usually a little over cooked.
Bad experience tonight. Called in for pickup. They said system down and order didn't go through but money was taken from my bank. Drove up there to figure out what happened. They said they would return money to my bank in 3 days. So I placed another order while there. Then original order went through. We ended up with 2 orders. Now I'll be eating pizza for 3 days. I should have ordered from pizza place. I will next time.
No fork and a very little toppings smh with 4 pastas I ordered. Trash .
We ordered only twice in the last 6 MO and they messed up both orders.Would not order from this location. Very very poor.
Sat for 3 minutes waiting for carside delivery after they said it was on the way. Had to go inside to get my pizza. Manager said I'd be credited which never happened. Horrible service. A week later they brought someone else's pizza to my car, and I then had to wait 20 minutes while they made the right order. Time to pick a new location.
Corporate gave me a free Large pizza because of last incident and Domino's still didn't give me pizza saying they didn't know what I was talking about if you ask me Domino's is trash in my book they can't even keep up with anything and they gave it to me for free on email and they still couldn't give me nothing they charge me full price for everything
Tough like rubber.Great service. Their curbside system is awesome. I just wished the pizza dough was better.
Ordered for delivery and they completely sent the wrong pizza. Called them and it took them another 30 minutes to deliver the correct pizza. My family sat waiting with their pizzas until the correct pizza was delivered so we could eat together as a family. They could’ve remade all the pizzas and we gladly would’ve given them all the cold and wrong pizzas back. Customer service needs vast improvement at this location.
Always hot and friendly guys at the store, fast delivery too, I accidently handed my delivery guy incorrect total, it was like 25.11, I meant to give him 30.00 total, but gave him 25.00 and he says " Don't worry I'll cover the .79I was embarrassed but shocked because he could have repeated the total back and showed me the money I gave him and it would be good, I tipped him anyway but bad form, bad form. ? but 95% of the time great all the way around. We'll do pick up from now on.
Love their pizza alway fresh and hot I also get the bbq chicken delicious the staff is always friendly even when swamped
