They keep hiring new young girls for the counter that apparently can't listen when taking an order through the phone. For the past months my order have been missing stuff or not the way I had asked for it. Really getting tiresome.Communication and customer service has been going downhill.Obviously the Owner(s)/Managers don't care enough cuz they don't even bother reaching out with the reviews at all, whether good or bad. Double check your stuff to be sure it's right and or not missing anything.
Food was great! Service not so great. Me and my husband went for breakfast. The waitress served a table across us first which had came after us. We had been waiting already 30 minutes. She made the excuse of blaming the cooks. Then my order was not complete. Then we proceeded to pay. When I informed the cashier of the incident. She said that she had two sections of tables to serve . They didn't have courtesy to do anything about it.
came here with friends tonight, our waitress Michelle was perfect. She kept our drinks full and was more than accommodating despite how packed the resturaunt was. The Manager Rosy out nowhere started screaming at our waitress and sent her home in front of the entire resturaunt. Michelle was so sweet so i tried to pay before she left so she would get the tip she deserved. Rosy pushed passed Michelle and started snapping at and talking incredibly rude to me. I didnt deserve that and wont be coming back
First of all, Diamond was FABULOUS!!!!! Came in here tonight. Asked for a Cali club has sun dried tomato- was given a club sandwich with white mayo. Stacy- a very rude and aggressive waitress- argued with me and told our waitress that the Cali club was not on the menu. There was no sweet tea. No avacados. You do not...ever...argue with the customer. Not only that, you go behind the counter and complain..loudly..because she said I was wrong and that it was the Cali club and the cook said No. He cooked the regular club. Obviously, Stacy does not know her menu items.
Everything was delicious. The attention of the waitress was very good and very friendly, but the place, especially the floor, was very dirty. Under the table there were even pieces of bacon. My criticism is constructive, it is not to harm anyone, I just let you know my opinion because I always go to that Dennys and they are all very friendly and I have NO complaints about the food. A little more pending cleaning because I have also seen that on several occasions.

Love Denny's food and service but unfortunately the place is very dusty and dirty. Just look around at the air vents, windows, floor and walls. Sometimes coffee cups still have lipstick on them (ugh!), a couple of times, the "clean" plates and utensils have had food bits still stuck on them, and the restrooms could be cleaner. In case you've never tried it, the French Toast Slam is the BEST!
After several bad lunch dates, I warned my friend. She insisted. After receiving her breakfast, she asked the waitress why her pineapple looked funny. She said, it's cantaloupe. Yuck. Brown and mushy. The order was wrong and her silverware was dirty. I went to Dennys for pancakes at least once a week with my grandkids. Sometimes Kid Tuesday. Sad to say no more.
My wife and I enjoyed two separate entrees on the 55 & up menu. Kudos to the cook who made live meals to look like picture on the menu. Our server Breta took care of needs to make very enjoyable lunch. Our total bill was less than $17.00 another Kudo ??
I got breakfast before lunch. Eduardo gave the best customer service I've seen in years! I'll definitely revisit this location.
