Found 2 small strands of hair in my dessert today. I understand it's buffet and could possibly be anyone's hair. I brought it to the attention of the employees. They just stared at me unapologetic. Lucky the dessert was removed. But shouldn't hair nets be used? Especially if you have a long beard and serving? Any was very disappointed and disgusted.
I love the Mac and cheese pizza. It’s always full of pizza and the staff is always nice! I think it’s a good value for all you can eat. I love eating in but also doing take out for a movie night!
This is the ONLY location that I patronize. I drive all the way from Pearland because this is the only location in the area that is consistently clean, serves a good variety of fresh pizza, and has great customer service.I don't know who the manager/owner is, but they should be over ALL of the other stores in the greater Houston area.
Very filling, all the food was hot.. Good customer service. And they made sure to keep the pizza coming..
Plenty Fresh hot pizza available through my visit. Asked for personal pizza. Great employees good choice selection for salads. Busy and Crowded: for field trip of kids but that's the place to eat and play no complaints ?
I've always liked Cici's and seen this location near Walmart so we went. This was probably the cleanest and neatest store I've been to. An employee picks up the dirties, they don't have trashcans for the food or plates which was cool, keeps the store front cleaner, never seen that at another cici's. Their cold bar was fresh, the pasta too. Soda fountain space was clean,, no sticky soda in sight. The pizza was fresh for the most part ( we went a little after the lunch rush so some pizzas were older) the ones I liked were old. The BBQ one and the cinnamon rolls were crunchy and over done so I didn't have any and they'd just put them out sooo someone wasn't watching them. Nothing really special so 4 stars for a usual visit at a pizza buffet.
Friendly and clean place. It is still a buffet and the pizzas were what I would call a kids pizzas. Meaning it's not bad tasting but it's not great pizza. It's a good just above avg pizza parlor.
First trash around tables and food on floor,Second when we went into the restaurant the lady at the front counter we asked her if there was a changing station in the men's restroom she said yes so me and my son and my granddaughter were in there there is no changing station in the men's bathroom the bathroom smelled horrible. The food was okay that was the only reason why they got three stars.
This location is amazing and makes all other ones look bad !!! This location is soo clean and the staff is on point !!! Silverware container was empty and as soon as the staff was made aware they ran to get more . The entire salad bar and buffet was full!! Other locations your lucky to find 2 pizzas and don’t even think about desserts !! Everything was soo clean it was very impressive!! 6 STARS!! Highly recommended and hats off to the staff !!!
Absolutely wonderful! My teen Son and I dined there after picking up the belongings of my deceased Father and we enjoyed the food quality, the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was healing for us in many waysThank you!
