Chips were stale and bland, white queso was horrendous and tasted spoiled. Absolute garbage. I used to like Chipotle but thank you for reminding me why I dont buy food from this place anymore.
This food wasn’t good at all. Rice was cold and hard, chicken taste was burnt. I guess not all Chipotle adhere to same standards. Pass this one up next time.
Great food always and have ate from several times quick and great customer service and friendly staff
Foods pretty good. First time there. My only complaint was the meat was very juicy and made my taco shell soggy.

I wanted to redeem my Rewards but the website kept telling me I am missing an item and all I wanted was an additional side of Guacamole So I went to get my order and I asked the girl at the window about it , showing her the picture I took with my camera phone, but she just said, I dont know, closed the window and walked away.
Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The last couple of times they didn’t put my guac, I overlooked it whatever. Today I get my order, they didn’t put any meat in my bowl. Literally nothing but rice. Literally get it together. Don’t waste your money ordering online. Go in there and watch them make it cus they’re obviously incompetent of handling an online order.
We come here a lot and the staff is always friendly! Food is always fresh and great! Clean restaurant and lots of happy faces. Love it.
So 2 employees are just sitting there eating there food and watch me standing there while no one is at the front registers. To top that off, they put to go orders on a handle bag of which it is hard to carry if it’s raining or order is hot and moisture inside the bag which causes the bag to tear.Overall rating: 1/5
I have never been to chipotle before. It was my first time at this specific location. Me and my husband did not feel welcome no one acknowledged us coming in. Beside the cashier or host called Emiliano was very rude. He rushed us and was very unpleasant. Not coming back to this location..
I've never had anything bad here. Used to get it weekly in Vegas but there isn't a close one to Surfside but I get it every time I'm in League City. The queso isn't as spicy now either which I greatly appreciate.
