If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would!!!!!! My favorite has always been the boneless buffalo chicken salad, but the last 3 times I've ordered it, it was horrible!!!!. Mostly just lettuce and the chicken was seriously over cooked. I decided that today I'd try chicken fried steak...... how badly can you screw up chicken fried steak. When my dasher arrived, there was no gravy and the potatoes, I wouldn't have fed to my neighbor's dog! I'm never ordering from here again. Such a waste of money!!!!!
Ordered the triple dipper to go and when I picked up my order I had ordered Southwestern eggrolls and the honey chipotle chicken tenders. They were all packaged in the same single compartment. If I had wanted barbecue eggrolls I would’ve ordered barbecue egg rolls. Barbecue sauce was covered all over the southwestern eggrolls and ruining them. And I ordered chips and queso and got home with some thing that I have no idea what it is but it most definitely is not queso.
The food was great and they were short staffed. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. We came in at about 11:15p.m. with a bunch of other students from Dickinson High school. They had just performed a musical Maltida. They did great. We had nothing to complain about. Great job with the service and great attitude ? ? ?
Absolutely miserable cold in this place. So dam cold I left as soon as my entree was placed on the table. My dinner plate felt like it came right outta the freezer too
We had about average service and very sub-par food. They were out of chili, ribs were broiled to the point of being meatless (think of biting into crusted air), blossom onion strips were cold, salad was very artificial tasting, macaroni tasted odd...essentially most food items seemed as if they had been sitting for about an hour before serving. I know the pandemic has hit some industries harder than others, but if this is the best level of food that can be had from chili's, it would be better to shutter the doors until the supply chain allows for the "ok" level of food one would expect at Chili's price point. As it is, it is unacceptable.
This place normally has good food. We’ve had slow service multiple times not terrible but slow. This last time we asked if we could get a booth they said all booths were taken. They sat us next to a row of empty booths so I asked, can we get one of the booths? No we have that section closed. We found another place to eat.
Pretty good good! The chilli was delicious! Recommend!
I can't remember which burger I got but I am so glad my server suggested it. I hope she enjoyed her tip. My cousin got a steak my other cousin got a lil sampler and his lady a burger as well. We were all satisfied. Thank you again Chili's ?️ Grill and Bar
I am not the biggest fan of Chilis but this location was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. This was my first time visiting so it may have been a one off. My triple dipper combo was over cooked. My chicken was dry as can be. Normally I would have sent it back but I was on a date and thought that it would not be wise. Oh yeah and the restaurant was pretty empty and there were seats everywhere but somehow we were seated in the booth next to the kitchen and restroom. I don't know why they would even have a table that bad but when there are other options why seat customers there? Again, I normally would have complained but was on a date.
Sat at the bar. The barkeep was quick to take my order and I had my drink in seconds. In what seemed like a very few minutes, my burger and fries were placed in front of me. I don’t believe I’ve ever gotten my food out as fast or so hot at any other Chilis, ever. I’m an absolute fan of HOT and FRESH food! The burger was super juicy and the fries were perfect as well! I highly recommend sitting at the bar here, please just save me a seat… I will definitely be back!!
