This Chicken Express boosted me!! My meal was given to me and I drove home. Nothing crazy right? Then I open the box and my sides were gone! Missing rolls and everything! Half of my fish was gone too. My chicken thigh was a mere tiny nugget. Do not waste your money just go somewhere else.
This place gets 5 stars because the service was super friendly, polite, no hesitation to meet customers needs... not to mentiin the food is AMAZING!!! Great proportions and choices of some good ole comfort food!! Also the environment there was very clean and not crowded plenty places to sit, and was a great place to beat the summer heat... thanks u guys for making for a great customer experience, and making some tasty food... anyways 5 stars
I didn’t even make it to the restaurant- I called and asked “yes ma’am, I would like to place an order to-go with a family meal with chicken tenders, what types do you have” The manager told me what do you mean we had chicken tenders and I said well yes I want to know what family meals you have and she goes will you asked what types. And I said OK well I meant what kind of family meals do you have with chicken tenders. She said that’s not what you asked but we have… And continued to name off the quantities of chicken family meals that she had. That was the first red flag! The second thing was after she told me all of that she needed to put me on hold and I said well I wanted to place an order to go she said yes but we are really busy and I said yes ma’am but I’d like to place an order to go and she said OK but you need to be put on hold so that you can talk to the to-go person “OK no problem”. The to - go person gets on the phone and isn’t much more friendly and once I asked what sides they have she got annoyed that I asked and said well we have lots of different sides and I had to ask her again to name them off to me . Then they said it would take 30 minutes for a to go order for me to pick up from the store. I told my husband about the customer service and we canceled our order
Sunday evening, we picked up and 8 pc meal and jalapeño poppers, we got home sat down to dinner and the chicken was so old and dried out it must has sat all day long. Im so very disappointed.
First time to Chicken Express, WOW that's some good stuff! We had the chicken livers and they were great, fresh, hot, not over battered and the batter actually has some flavor. They come with biscuits and gravey. I so looking forward to my next trip.
Went to the location at 1806 E Main League City Tx.I am a Chef I ordered a 3,piece fish cook fresh I will wait. They still have me old fish plus only 2, pieces of fish This kind of service is not acceptable in any industry.But this is not the first time this has happened at this location.More training on customer service is much needed here.The guest is who pays your wages and to have service like this there need to b a intentional conversation with the entire staff. It definitely was not a Wow factor for your guest,this is not how you maximize your profits.This shouldn't b the Norm
Screws the entire order. Missing over two thirds of the meals.Kudos to the owner, he made the whole order over again.And still missing a whole meal.,

This is one of the cleanest restaurants ever. Staff was friendly, food was fresh, hot and very good quality. We had the chicken strips and fish. Will definitely return.
Legit, just went there and they said they were not taking orders for the next 20 minutes. Ask to sleak to manager and she was on a break. Wow. Really. At 1:15pm in the day. You should've been giving away free chicken. If you were unable to sell it. Now my boys get to try something new Whataburger. Bye bye Chicken Express. You only got our buainess on Sundays anyways.
