Just ate here. Food was OK but we ordered a kids meal and they did not ask us what we wanted a toy, ice cream or apple sauce. They threw a toy in the bag with out asking us. We went up to the counter after eating and asked the manager to switch the toy to ice cream. She said no that she would have to charge us and did not even offer to let us pay the difference. This is not customer service! I would would definitely recommend not coming to this burger King and go to Chick Fila they are so much better at customer service. Will not recommend this place and teach staff a little customer service and it will go a long way!
The meal was good, the fries were fresh and hot. The Sprite I ordered was not Sprite, it was seltzer water. Other than that it was an ok visit.
It was clean and the cashier was nice, but our order came out wrong. We were already home when we realized it. We were too hungry and tired to go back to have correct it.
The food is fresh. But the man in the Drive-Thru must have been having a bad day. Was very rude
Previous customer before me had been waiting for some time while he and I watched several employees standing around having conversations. Management was in the rear gossiping while customers were standing in the lobby. Once previous customer had got the attention of the GM she seemed disrupted that the customer was complaining about standing for to long and was very rude to the customer. This place will NEVER upgrade nor hire anyone outside of Hispanic.

No Senior discount at this location!Mgr. stated, this franchise store don’t offer the flat 10% discount.Have to order alacart to get a drink discount only. No meal deals!
Rude and slow service. Order was wrong and now they’re trying to pass along small whopper jrs and full size whoppers. Sad.
Food was good. Was loud - television and air conditioner and kitchen - noise. Friendly staff.
Food cold, no flavor, fries not fresh, no salt on fries, burger cold I’ve never been to a Burger King that has no flavor until I went here
