Apparently, this location sold us spoiled and/or freezer burned ice cream. It was gritty and had chunks of chewy bits of God knows what inside. It was not edible, whatsoever, and a complete waste of money. Will NEVER return.
We ordered an ice cream cake in advance. When we went inside to pick it up, the girl cooking the breakfast sausages (they are partnered with dunkin donut) was vaping right there at the skillet while frying sausages. Just vaping big puffs into the air with Covid 19 out and about. Vaping her vape clouds onto everyone's sausage. We took video too. Freaking disgusting. Later when we went home and cut ioen the cake, the taste was mediocre. Tasted like cardboard and cigarettes, and it gave us all diareah. Never coming here again.

I ordered a unicorn cake online for my daughters 7th birthday. We were in a rush to pickup the cake before her birthday dinner so we didn’t pay much attention to this huge mistake until we got in the car. At that point we didn’t bother going back in to make them aware. I really can’t believe they let this go out the door. Birthday was spelled on the cake “Brith Day”. On top of that, the colors were completely off from what it looked like online. On the bright side, it still taste good and that’s all my daughter really cared about. At the very least, we all got a great laugh at Baskin Robins expense. Come on Baskin Robbins, do better. At least spell birthday correctly.
We liked this place! Parking spaces are too close together though.
If you don't want to work then don't! If you have no clue as to what you are making then ask for help! Also lose the attitude like I said if you don't want to work then don't! Just wasted 10 bucks drinks were so bad I walked back in and handed them back and told them they were disgusting and walked back out. That's it for this place!!
They were out of almost all cones and then very confused about the order.... not a good experience by any means!

Franchised owned if you have a problem they won't care or get back to you. Coorporate requested for them to get in touch with me supoosedly they were but that nevered happened! They dismissed serving my child a paper sleeve inside his ice cream cone!
