Last night my family went for snowcones after a long hot day. We got there at 7:35pm which is during their work hours and waited in line for 30 minutes until An employee came out at 7:58 pm and put a cone behind our car to stop the line but did not mention anything to us in the drive thru. When we got to the window they were closed and did not care to even explain why they kept us waiting in line when we were in line before they closed for the day. At 8:05 another employee came out to move the cone up even further but still did not mention they had already closed and were going to be unable to take our order. When we got to the speaker no one came on to take our order or anything they just left us waiting. We left with 2 very upset kids. Very unprofessional.
Please explain why anyone is waiting in a snow cone drive through for more than 10 minutes? What are the employees doing? I wrote this review while waiting in the drive through. I don’t recommend ever coming here as I definitely won’t come back again. -5 stars if possible
We arrived to a line. When we got to the menu at the drive through we attempted to order 3 drinks. The person on the drive through didn't know about the coffee drinks and kept interrupting us to ask clarification. When we waited the three cars infront of us we paid for our three drinks. After making the first and second one they informed us that they didn't have enough milk for the third drink. We paid 15 dollars to wait 20 minutes to be told that they didn't have enough. Why 2 stars, because they had the decency to off to make anything "gratis" in lieu of the third drink.
my fiancé and I went through the drive through with 3 cars in front of us. After waiting about 15 minutes and only one car moving, I got out of the car and walked inside to see if they were short staff or having an issue. This is what I saw- a bunch of teenager girls standing around giggling and talking instead of working to get orders out. I asked to speak with their manager and they told me their was no one on site. I will never come here ever ever ever again.
This was mine and my wife's first time to Bahama Buck's and it was great. I got blue coconut with tigers blood and she go blue coconut. We will definitely be back.
Long wait time, kids didn’t seem to have any basic problem solving skills (which contributed to wait to times) out of Vanilla ice cream and chili salt (who the heck is doing inventory here?!) I will say the kids working seemed nice, seems more like a management failure than anything else. Poor kids set up to fail.
Today was my first ever time coming to this place. As soon as I walked in I noticed every employee standing around talking in a circle. A guy came and helped us and as we waited 15 minutes- keep in mind the place was dead and only one person in the drive thru. The employees were sitting there throwing snowballs at each other. I question if there was really any real management working. I won’t be returning due to the lack of care from the employees and the lack of management. There was 7 people up front and only one employee (Zoe) actually working and making orders instead of standing talking and throwing snowballs around.
They make the best sno cones! Never dry at the bottom and full of flavor!
I am diabetic and love to get the sugar free sno cones at Bahama Bucks. This is the second time I have come and then did not have any sugar free base. Last time I had to keep calling to find out if they received any Sugar free base, I shouldn’t have to do that. I was told that the owner orders it when they are out and that they go through the sugar free very fast- what does that tell you?! Maybe you should step up your game and have it on hand all the time?!?! Very frustrating Step up your game
