Update: I asked the staff and my order was not even made and they told me they called my name and someone else took it (not true since I am direct in front of the delivery shelf) I have 30 mins waiting for a small order. There are orders flying off the shelf for takeout and mine nothing. The packing lady sometimes is gone. She is also on her phone on the line. I would appreciate if they would have told me the waiting time and let me decided if I wanted to wait this long. Seems to me like online orders are priority while take out here is not even important.
Upon arriving at my get family party (my house), i noticed the packaging bag was soaked due to the cheese sauce’s lid being unsecured correctly and spilled. I got off my vehicle and the food spilled through the bottom of the previously soaked bag. I was so angry, that 64$ of food was ruined. I apologized to my guests and served them sandwiches. Most embarrassing day of my life. Party and sandwiches! Thank you Wing stop! Poor packaging!!

Terrible service onlines says 16 - 21mins when in reality took 50 mins . Not worth it

They're not taking online orders and when ever you call they never answer the phone, i head to the store and most of the ladys have grumpy mad faces, i always say if you don't like your job get another one!!
One of the worst experience ever. I found a rat tale in our food. Really really dirty area. Felix the manager there has the worst customer service as well. I’m surprised people aren’t getting sick.Felix has to go!!!!
